The reception team, waiting room and staff make the place feel friendly and relaxed from the moment you walk in. Amy took great care and attention in doing my treatment, she talked me through every step and what to expect. She’s confident, easy to talk to and made me feel relaxed throughout the treatment. As a dentist and aesthetic practitioner myself, I would go no where else for my treatment, as I know Amy’s extremely high standards of work are hard to come by. I am thrilled with my results!”

“Could not recommend the practice enough, from my own experience and that of my childrens. The receptionists are always so lovely, helpful and easy to chat to whilst waiting for your app. As a parent its super important that my children are made to feel safe and comfortable, Dr Alia in particular is absolutely amazing with them both. She was able to put my very anxious daughter at ease and explains every detail to them so well, and answers all their never ending questions. She is honestly the only reason my daughter is no longer anxious to visit, and why my son (7) was so easy going about having some of his stuburn baby teeth removed. I've also experienced the staff going above and beyond when my son had broken an adult tooth, fitting him in during a busy day to fix it. Forever grateful for that!! I'm also made to feel extremely comfortable and have every option for treatments explained. Having not had the best experience at a previous practice, I can honestly say I wouldn't ever want to go elsewhere. Thanks so so much to everyone who works there.”

“Always an amazing experience with Vicki but particularly today's re-style for my autistic teen. Vicki has offered guidance and advice on how to achieve the desired re-style for my daughter, ensuring it met her expectations but also offered her options, in case she struggled afterwards with such a change. A perfect combination of undercut and choppy bob which can be styled in a fresh modern way but also more discreet for school. Vicki put time aside to ensure that my daughter was the main focus today and took the hair shorter in stages, checking in at each stage. Devon completed the style with a plait so she was party ready! We always visit Vicki for my cut/colour/highlights and it's always a great cut at a really reasonable price. She is always patient and understanding with however my daughter is feeling and will adapt accordingly to what is needed.”

I've had a root canal done by mark (damage caused by previous dentist) which he said might last 5 years...it lasted 10. I've since had an implant. The whole process was excellently handled and I have a perfect result. This whole practice is highly professional and well run from the admin staff, the hygienist to the dental surgeons. Do yourself a favour and get on their books if you can. I would not trust anyone else with my teeth!”

“Visited the surgery yesterday for my lower wisdom teeth removal via sedation, had a bit of a wait and was extremely nervous, and very upset in the moment. I was brought into the room, sat down and really comforted by the staff, Matthew who did the procedure was so gentle with the needle for the IV and just had such a calm voice. I honestly can’t remember a thing, I’ve had minimal pain and no swelling. Thank you so much to the team for all the care and respect. It’s massively appreciated. 10/10 all the way!”
