“I trained as a Biokineticist in South Africa where we were very much taught to consider each person uniquely, the body as a whole and with the main focus on movement and getting the individual back to their activity in a progressive way unique to their situation. I was finding that the courses and CPD's I was attending over here just didn't fully align with this approach or give me the additional learning I was after. And then I saw an advert for the Mentorship program. After talking to Dave and his team, I was really excited that his approach was so different to the others here and aligned with my training. It has been a fantastic experience being part of the program. Dave, Shane, Paul and the rest of the staff go out of their way to share knowledge and provide support as well as a safe community. This has been invaluable to me, especially as I work on my own and don't have colleagues in the clinic to turn to when tricky cases come in.”

Whenever I’m stuck or need help, they take the time to explain things properly and make sure I understand. I also attend some of their clubs, which are always fun, and I’ve been involved in a few of their community projects too. “Lovely place, the staff were super attentive and the food was delicious.... My partner has one of the specials, spinach and pumpkin burger, which she adored. I had chicken and chips, it had some French sounding name that I can't remember for the life of me, but it was outstanding. The atmosphere was very calm and professional, we felt relaxed and kind of at home. I highly recommend this place, I would bet that lots of people come here for dates. “It may be an Italian in a small village but the food , service and atmosphere is one that belongs in a Michelin Star restaurant. Ameer works front of house and when needs is also a dab hand in the kitchen . His staff whilst local and young are all friendly and it’s great to see a local restaurant employing local staff . The Italian Chef Pepe is amazing and between my fiancé and I we have had the whole menu from salads to steaks , pasta to sorbet and the food is always delicious and exceptional and exceptional value for money . I cannot wait to fetch 40 something of my friends for my Hen Do and introduce them all to the best hidden Italian gem in the county . You were the best find 4 years ago and will continue to be our place to go for special occasions or just like tonight Bob in for tea after a busy weekend.”

“Highly recommend Fixby House Nursery if you're after a diverse, safe and fun environment for your little one. It's clean, educational and perfectly set up for growing/developing children.
