The two ladies working in the store were just lovely and gave the most fantastic customer service. They were charming, nothing was too much trouble for them and there was no pressure to buy - just genuine warmth and enthusiasm. They both shared our pleasure in finding exactly what we wanted - we left with the perfect shoes and are already planning our next visit”

“The staff here are super helpful and highly knowledgeable, it was about 10 days before school started back and they still had everything we needed and more stock besides. The lady helping us gave us advice on sizing, wear, trends at the school (The girls all wear cardigans and skirts as a rule We are informed) We packaged everything up, rung it up and it came in well under the expected price which was a bonus!”

“I’d like to thank this amazing store and their kind staff for finding my Mother of the Groom dress. After half a year scrolling on the net I decided it was time to shop. The staff are very courteous and friendly. The shop is rather grand and I felt quite special. The dressing room was very large compared to others in this type of fashion that I’d visited . My dress was not on their website as it was new in so was a lovely surprise. I can recommend them very highly.”

“If I could have given this review six stars, I would. The service we received was beyond belief. Having been to every menswear shop in Leeds and Harrogate looking for a suit for my wedding and finding nothing I liked, I finally went to Paul Smith. It was during COVID times, so most places had reduced their lines of suits. Paul Smith had a whole floor dedicated to suits. The first member of staff helped me try on various options for about an hour and was really helpful, but I still wasn't sure so I left to think about it. Some weeks later, I returned and Assistant Manager Dan was the one to help me choose this time. I must've been there two hours, and Dan couldn't have been more helpful. He offered tonnes of advice, pinned up jackets and trousers to show what alterations would look like, and even got me a couple of drinks. I was with one of my groomsmen, so the visit led to my groomsman trying on a few suits too. The experience impressed me so much, I decided to buy 4 suits for myself and my groomsmen. That transpired to several trying on sessions, several rounds of tailoring/alterations (all at the shop's expense), and I group of four ended up visiting to shop many times before and after working hours. Dan kept the shop open late and opened early to accommodate the times we could get there. He kept in touch via email to let know when ordered suits and alterations were back in store. Dan couldn't have been more helpful. We were all delighted with the final tailored suits, which led to further purchases of shoes, shirts, belts. The rest of the team at Paul Smith were also really helpful and friendly. The ironic thing is, I'd previously found the shop difficult to shop in: things felt a bit too pricey, I'd found the range limited, I thought the staff were aloof and the experience intimating. How wrong I was. Once you engage with the staff, you realise they've a wealth of knowledge, there's a lot more products not on display and they'll really help to get you kitted out. Cheers, Dan, and all the staff, you've made a customer for life.”

Despite the specific item we desired not being in stock in the right size, the exemplary service turned this situation around. A dedicated worker went above and beyond by offering to check other stores for us. Not only did he find the item we were looking for at the Leeds Trinity store, but he also took the initiative to call them and secure the item, ensuring it was set aside for us. This level of service demonstrated the commitment and professionalism of the staff at Superdry. “Cannot recommend enough!! I came in with my mum, looking for a new outfit for an important job interview, and Salem and the team couldn't have been more enthusiastic or more patient with us! Ended up with a fabulous outfit (and even new shoes, which was not part of the plan!!) and had an amazing experience. In addition, I had bought a faulty winter coat from the Hilfiger store in Dublin, Ireland, and Chloe in the Leeds store managed to not only track down a perfect quality version of the SOLD OUT coat, but also exchanged them for me without a hitch!
