He talked me through the allergen folder, made sure that he used clean and decontaminated utensils and preparation materials and also made sure to wash his hands before serving me. He was upbeat and friendly throughout. He should be commended for this safe practice!”

“Great location, even though there is another Costa Coffee in Fosse Park. This one is inside the Next store, on the 2nd floor (1 above ground floor). Plenty of space and a great atmosphere, staff were very nice and friendly too. Good place to sit and relax, but not sure what it is like during peak times.”

“A huge thank you to the brewery for a incredible baby shower. From start to finish, it was well communicated and easy to book. The effort that was put in was amazing and it looked incredible on arrival. The afternoon tea was delicious and everyone commented saying how lovely it was. I can’t thank Sarah and the team enough. “The Mrs and I popped into North Main Services Welcome Break Leicester for a couple of drinks. I had my usual latte which if not poured slowly and with care tastes crap (shall we say). We were served by a young man called Callum who was extremely friendly and polite, he also took his upmost care when delivering to me a an excellently poured latte which tasted amazing. 10 out of 10 to the team on the North Main Starbucks, inside the main building and up the stairs. Keep up the good work guys.”
