“I had tried getting intouch with heron gp practise for 3 weeks requesting the practise manager to contact me as a request from 7th November had not been actioned and receptionists disconnect the call after leaving me on hold for over an hour. After visiting st matthews practise today and speaking with Jasmine about the matter, it was resolved in a matter of hours with a call to myself to confirm. Now this is fantastic service from Jasmine. Staff that answer the phone at the other practice are clueless and don’t take the time to look into my notes on file and told me that another request needs to be sent. Jasmine has saved me alot of time and further stress. Thank you Jasmine You’re a star”

“Honestly could not recommend Northfields Medical centre more. Our little boy is quite prone to Croup, and on the 3 occasions we have needed urgent medical advice, each time we have been able to leave a message with the duty doctor and they have seen us the same day. Today, we contacted them at 5.40 p.m. and the receptionist was super helpful, left an urgent message for us as we were still seen, even though they close at 6p.m. and we are so grateful to be able to avoid 111/ A&E. We have also experienced great service when calling at either 8 or 11 for an appointment for our little one, they always manage to fit us in. The receptionists and medical staff are always very friendly. Excellent service received, especially in stressful situations when our little boy is unwell, and we're super grateful. Thank you so much!”

Now I main go early morning and there is no issue of over being crowded. My 5 star review is based on has my fitness and health improved! Easy answer yes. Again my review do I feel comfortable in the Gym! Yes. Don’t feel intimidated at all. Are the staffing helpful and friendly! Yes. My review will be 5 stars as I’m getting everything I need. Now I can understand a few comments people have made. The studios floors really could with a few repairs. Showing new members around and seeing this is not a good impression. Honestly the gym could do with a bit of improvement, but again currently I’m very happy with the site. Thanks for helping me improve my fitness”

You can't get through to your GP surgery and instead put through to a central system which is not helpful at all. If you want to get a message to your surgery you physically have to go in as there is no phone or email communication. Thus is frustrating for people with reduced mobility or transport issues. Please bring the old system back so we can communicate with our own GP surgery”
