My partner had a stir fry in Oyster sauce and loved it. We both shared a mixed starter which was delightful. Reasonably priced too. Would 100% Recommend and we can’t wait to return”

“I stopped by this Indian restaurant on Saturday and had such a great experience. The food was authentic tasting (i’m very Indian) without being overpowering, and everything was fresh. What really stood out, though, was the service. Sauman took care of our table and was genuinely warm, attentive, and helpful with recommendations. It made the whole meal feel even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

“We went as a group of 4 last week on a Friday. The restaurant was less busy than I would have expected for the quality of food. We tried some different dishes we hadn't heard of before. The service was fantastic and the dishes were hot, cooked perfectly and bursting with flavour. We will definitely be back”

This is a perfect place to come for a quick bite to eat, date, or a group get together. 7H is our families must visit when we come back to England to visit. They are extremely knowledgable and accommodating for gluten free and other dietary restrictions”

The food and service are amazing, and just listening to the product knowledge of the staff is fantastic, I myself have been in this industry for some 42 years so fully understand what these guys go through on a daily basis…… hats off!”

“Myself and my partner came for the Tasting Menu at the weekend, myself choosing the vegan option. I have read mixed reviews so was not sure what I was expecting. But as soon as I tasted the first course, it was delicious and just got better as each course came. All the dishes was amazing and my favourite dish was the Vegetable Garden with almond mousse. My partner loved all the dishes too with him choosing pairing wines and I chose gin... which they have their own gin! My partner does not usually eat vegan food and even he said he would choose to try this option next time. Highly recommend to anyone!”

“Visited the restaurant on Friday 14th February with my wife and 2 children. What a nice place to go for an Indian meal! All staff were very pleasant and food was exceptional. “Want real Italian food? Forget the rubbish that is churned out of the big chain takeaways. Get onto the Ponchinellos website, have your pick of the specials, smile and enjoy. The volume of orders bellowing through on the telephone at their takeaway is testament to its popularity and the quality of its food. The people working in Ponchinellos bright, clean, busy environment are happy, warm and accommodating, reflecting the beautiful Italian culture. To avoid disappointment Get your order in before 5pm to be picked up on the evening. Top tip, make sure the pizza is thin base, it’s far more delicious than it’s thicker sibling.”

“Called in to a wonderful welcome from the new owners, amazing hospitality and the most fantastic Abbot Ale. One word of advice chaps, don't let your punters have too much free reign, you're the gaffers and you have to be known as the good guys in charge that way you'll be respected. Nick and Jon. “Incredible menu, the smokey BLT burger I tried was delicious but they all look great, and good Vege/vegan options also. Fantastic value too, could pay triple for that in a posh burger place. I think they do delivery too. Supporting great local independent business isn't always this easy ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“100% recommend the Black Iron at Winstanley House. I went with my wife for a wedding anniversary meal. The House and the grounds are amazing as you drive in. All of the staff were excellent and friendly. The servers at our table were amazing. We had the amazing Red Leicester fritters and Vegetable tart for starters. For mains we had Plaice and a vegetarian option and triple cooked chips. All of the food was absolutely perfect, served just at the right time. For dessert we had sticky toffee pudding which was done to perfection. Thoroughly recommend. Total with drinks came to under £100 with 8% service included.”

“I have had a take away from here before and it was good so decided to come here on a Friday night, rang up and booked table with no wait so good and lady on phone was nice. The place itself inside is clean nice with fire plave on the TVs, the only thing I would change is that it was a tad too bright inside for a late night meal. Food itself was absolutely amazing and came out reasonable quick and the service was good. This place is now my favourite place for Indian food and we were able to doggy bag left overs which I had the following day A++ on the food.”

“Stayed here for one night . Great value, easy check in, clean room , everything you need for a short stay. Plenty of parking . The best part was the breakfast , staff are so happy, cheerful and friendly ! Service with a smile , even a little Christmas sing song , food was perfect ! I love a breakfast made to order, poached eggs at their finest . Made to feel very welcome . Big shout out to Julie and Emma, they were brilliant , their jovial demeanour made a lovely start to my day .well done to both of them, thank you for looking after us !”

“We were recommended the Red Cow by a friend who visits regularly. We didn’t have a starter as we’re not big eaters, but we like quality, and the food certainly delivered on taste, visual appeal and portion size. It is a warm, welcoming place with friendly and attentive staff. If I were picky, I’d have to say that the “Classic” cocktails failed to include actual classics, like Old Fashioneds, Gin Martinis, Ginlets etc. However, Julie took our direction and got the bar person to mix gin martinis to our specifications. They were great!”
