He always makes sure that customers are served in a fast and orderly pattern and is always quick to help me and other customers. “I have been using this shop for an extraordinary long time. Starting with the previous owner 'Paul'. It is the definition of a corner shop. It opens early and closes late and sells everything that you might need in an emergency. Yes the prices are a bit high but that is the price one pays for convenience. The staff are kind and polite and the store is well stocked and very clean.”

“New store which just opened this week! Been in the works for years now and it's great to see it finally open. First it started with moving the car washers which were originally on that site to redesigning the building and renovating it to sorting out the junction opposite (approval for this is probably why it took so long) and now it's finally open. Worth a visit if you cannot find what your are looking for in Sainsbury's local next door. :)”

“Usually this store is fantastic and the staff are wonderful and friendly. +5. It's a shame that a few groups of male youths use the shop in groups of three or more and don't wear masks. I don't blame the staff in any way as its diffiicult to challenge these people as you never know what the reaction would be and I would not want to see the staff getting hurt or abused. This doesn't occur all the time but when it does it clearly upsets customers. Bring the front door security back please. Thanks.”

“Root Miller Superstore is good Grocery store with all types of home requirement. Always staff is supportive with great smile and own excellent service. Manger is well behaved with good knowledge. Owner also know the customer requirement and he fulfill with store stocks.”

“This is to thank one of the staff members, who really went out of his way (Krish, i think that's his name). During one of my normal shops, I was also after some cardboard boxes. I asked a few staff members and they didn't bother much, saying they dont know and just carried on walking away. I tried my luck one final time seeing Krish just as i was on my way out, and he turned out to be super helpful which made my day! He didn't have to but he especially went to the back to check for suitable boxes and even brought a few. Also advised me where i could find elsewhere. Thank you.”
