They also take time to explain things in simple terms to people like me. A couple of days ago my car wouldn’t start and so I called my homestart company. They said it wasn’t the battery and told me they had charged the battery but it needed going in. Bond street told me to bring it to them and said it was probably the battery. I dropped it off and soon had a phone call saying a battery was on order and I could pick it up in a couple of hours. Thank you all so much.”

When I collected my car, as the tyres were a challenge for the technicians to remove, one technician was double checking the new ones were seated correctly before I drove the vehicle away. I really appreciate this attention to detail and care given the tyres are the only thing in contact with the road when driving.
