“Recently purchased some Rhino Kammbars for my 2015 Toyota proace. The pricing via The Roofbox company is spot on and the communication is great; from both companies. great roof bars by the way too! I did have an issue with fitting, a real long story, turns out it’s how I fitted them myself, but to be fair I’m working to the measurements of a roof tent rail so have had to adapt. That said the staff at Rhino Products went above and beyond to help resolve my issue, also liaising with The Roofbox company and their own design/engineer team working remotely at Rhino Products , to find a solution to help me adapt my fitment; they didn’t have to! A special thanks to Andy sales and customer services coordinator, who dealt with my issue and found a solution to make my set up work - cheers Andy, proper customer service! “I was in a tough position when my Vectra had some serious problems with the engine's filtration system. My local garage didn't want to touch it, recommending it would be easier and cheaper to buy a new car. I had the car towed to Roadrunners and left it with them for about a week. By the end of the week (and with a lot of persistence) the car had come back to life and is still running very well to this day about a year later. I didn't have to break the bank for the repairs they did or have to take out a loan on a new car. Can't recommend highly enough.”

“Slightly hard to get hold of but very kindly dealt with a return that took me ages to get organised. Really do check the battery fits your car and use a tape measure, just because it's a compatible battery type does not mean the size will fit safely in your car! It was hard to get hold of them at times but at the end of the day it was my fault that I ordered the wrong shape so I can't fault them entirely. The battery prices are really good compared to other places and it arrived quickly and well packaged.”
