“Had a clutch/gearbox issue occurring with my a car and took it to a different garage before going to lucas who then told me to take it to the same garage but on the side of Chester which i wasn't comfortable taking it there considering the issues i had. Went back home, researched managed to discover Lucas garage which can deal with the issues i had plus more closer to home. Phoned them and they managed to get the car in with short notice, told me what the problem was and they managed to fix the issues i had. Car felt totally brand new after the job they done.The Customer Service is brilliant and will be using Lucas Garage going forward in the future.”

However auto care got in touch with me when i drove home, apologised and the man drove all the way to my house to pick my car up, service it and drop it back off all for half price . i have never known a company to go to this much trouble for a customer.
