“First visit to this cafe set within a motorcycle haven. We had not visited before due to parking for cars being an issue however a new car park across the road is now available. There is still the motorbike parking next to the cafe. Situated next to a lovely stream there is seating under cover outside overlooking the stream and wooded valley. Inside there is so much memorabilia you don’t know where to look first. We had just arrived after a large party so had to wait as the kitchen was very busy but we only waited 20 minutes till we could order. That 20 minutes flew by as we looked at the items on display. We have an all day breakfast and pie and chips. The food was very good and served quickly. Lovely staff and a great atmosphere in the family run cafe. The prices were really good and definitely value for money. Definitely recommend a visit and will be visiting again.”
“Lovely staff. Tasty and delicious traditional dishes.”
“Best coffee in a 50 mile radius. Also have delicious home made vegetarian, vegan and gluten free cakes and sandwiches. Do recommend!”
“My favourite local eatery. The female staff are lovely!”
“Lovely café at Bridge Farm! We went first thing as soon as it opened and got a table straight away no wait at all. There’s free parking, and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. We were seen to quickly and could pick where we wanted to sit, which made it nice and relaxed. I’ve only had breakfast here so far, but the food was great quality, well-cooked, and came with proper HP brown sauce! Prices are fair and there’s a good range of lunch options too. A lovely spot in the countryside. I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area and will be going back soon.”
“I rated it a 4, was meant to be 5! That Christmas sandwich of turkey, cheese and bacon on wheat was a perfect treat! The food was good, the service was great and safe. And my Bailey's coffee was pretty tasty!”
“We always enjoy going here. The garden centre has a fantastic selection of plants & for very competitive prices. The café is always busy, but the staff are only too happy to squeeze us in & their service is excellent. The food has been faultless every time & I'm pleased with what we've received, good size portions & again excellent value for money. It's one of our favourite places to stop for a light lunch. Ardderchog.”

“What a find just along from Penny Lane. A real hidden gem of a restaurant. Unassuming from the outside but tastefully done on the inside. Very well themed very clean and a very pleasant setting for an afternoon tea and cake, glass of wine or cocktail, small plates, or in fact an excellent range of starters, main courses, and deserts. All good portions, well presented, and delicious. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, offering an excellent service. We will definitely be returning soon. Highly recommended.”
“One of the best takeaway around here. Great food, great people, fastest delivery so far. Highly reccomended”
“Delicious food, good atmosphere. Lovely staff. Quick service. Would recommend it when nearby. Definitely will go again”
“Good food friendly staff, value for money.”
“3rd attempt at what i asked for success Misleading menus on boards needs removing. Feedback on the sausages need be abit hotter! Apart from that was perfect!”
“Good French food. I had the duck with cherry sauce and the café Gourmand. Very nice, service isn't fast but they cook food to order. Staff are helpful and the toilets are clean with nice toiletries. Great for foodies, maybe not the best place if you need to refuel fast and get back to the bargains. Good tip to check on their website before you go, I got a voucher with 30 percent off. And check when you order, it may not cover everything. Beautiful food.”
“Usual very high standard and friendly service, highly recommended.”
“Lovely food and friendly staff Salt and pepper hash browns are amazing.”
“We ordered a lockdown takeaway for my birthday and it was really tasty! It was so nice to be able to eat proper restaurant food after weeks of home cooking. I have been craving seafood, so I ordered three starters - king prawns, calamari and clams - and it was more than enough food! My boyfriend had a main with chips and veg and had enough left for his lunch the next day. Highly recommend!”
“Bit confused as to why it says it's closed, I had breakfast here a couple of weeks ago. As ever the service was excellent, the food was perfectly cooked and quick to arrive and the cake I took away was just to die for. Highly recommend going here, but pay attention to the times on the menu...I very narrowly avoided missing out on a proper breakfast because I didn't check the times properly!”
“Lovely tearoom selling a good variety of food and drinks.”
“Delicious coffee / hot choc / matcha and lots of lovely pastry options. Would recommend the brownie! Great service and also local art of buy on display.”
“Always a great time here. Ample free parking (when others park more considerably, failing that there’s street level parking too). The staff are always friendly. Card payments only. Great walks nearby. Loads of green space and picnic tables to sit at. Next to some horse fields too, if that’s your thing. Very reasonable priced. I visit at least once a week.”
“We popped in on the off chance as we’d missed a train and needed a quick scooby snack. Apologies for not taking a photo of the fantastic peri chicken wrap, we was too hungry. But my god it was lovely. And the service stood out just as much, really friendly people, we’ll definitely be back. Thanks again guys”
“Great place to relax, have a chat, coffee, and this yummy hunters chicken panini/wrap. Very nice and kind staff. Highly recommended fr a pit stop and yummy chai latte and delicious date cake”
“Amazing food and friendly service - best breakfast wrap around!”
“The Eatery in Chester is a brilliant place to stop and eat, wether you want a cake and coffee or a meal its perfect. We had tea which was hot and strong and a scone with proper butter and jam. It was delicious, the scone was very soft and they warmed it which was a lovely touch. The atmosphere is cosy and welcoming and the staff very nice and helpful. We will definately come again on our next visit to Chester.”
“Always love coming to the Tea Rooms, Always recommend to anyone popping into chester, for coffee or a bite to eat! Can never fault the food, very filling good portions! Love supporting Chester Pride so this place is an added bonus for me :)”
