Our game host Sophie was fantastic, very welcoming and helpful. Honestly couldn't recommend it enough, our first escape room but definitely won't be our last. “Visited with a younger relative who had an amazing time. The play frame and rooms were clean and inviting. The play frame was actually really impressive and my daughter went around it with her cousin. Coffee and Matcha were a hit with us (absolutely loved the range of non dairy milks which were not an additional charge). I particularly liked how much calmer it was than other play places we have visited which we usually leave due to overwhelm- even though it was fully booked. The sensory room is a brilliant addition. Staff were attentive and kept the place clean and also on hand to help. We received a friendly welcome, goodbye and service was great when we wanted drinks. No complaints at all.”

“I have used these groomers in the past for my friends XL bully, they are very experienced and he loved being there, when we picked him up, he was fresh and pretty. I walk past the shop atleast once a week to show my son the dogs hoping I’ll catch one that has just been groomed and ready to be picked up, from what I’ve observed every dog is treated like royalty.”

As I was browsing perfumes ahead of my upcoming holiday, (duty free). I was greeted by a young gentleman named Finley. Although I had no intention of making a purchase that day, Finley’s enthusiasm and professionalism left a lasting impression. Finley demonstrated an impressive depth of knowledge about the entire YSL Libre perfume range. Despite my initial uncertainty, he expertly guided me through the options, explaining the unique characteristics of the Libre collection and even the newly released "Flames & Roses" fragrance. I was particularly struck by his ability to convey his passion and understanding and indepth knowledge of the products, especially considering his young age of just 16. Having come from a cold sales background myself, I am well aware of the value of genuine customer engagement. It is rare to find someone so skilled at building rapport with customers, and even rarer to encounter someone with such natural charisma and character. Finley’s approach was warm, informative, and never felt pushy he made the entire experience enjoyable. Thanks to his thoughtful guidance, I ended up purchasing a £105 fragrance. I left the store feeling satisfied and confident in my decision, which is a testament to Finley’s ability to make a sale without exerting any pressure. I would like to commend Boots for hiring such a rare talent. People like Finley are a true asset to your team, and I am certain he will continue to thrive in any future customer-facing roles. “Today i was in your store and i had a big shop which i couldnt pay for only becouse my card was blocked on my phone becouse i cant find my plastic card, I have always liked shopping at your store becouse your staff are friendly and helpful, Today 2 of your staff went above and beond helpful Jacqui Goodwin and Kerry Morris, they tried there best Jaquie even phoned my bank for me to help me with no judgment i didnt feel like i was being judged by them at all in my opinion you have great staff members and its a pleasure to come back with service and help like this. “Went to subway in edge hill university. Really nice environment and is very clean. Same options as a normal subway with the addition of SU shops and bars nearby and the best part is you don't even have to be a student to go to it! 10/10”
