“Very friendly guy had a lovely chat about boomboxes really feel like Tom is honest guy and has a passion what he does feel awful I didn't realize he does it all in his house x remember to call in by phone next time for appointment :) turns out my sharp boombox had a switch problem he even cleaned it reasonable price has it back in two or three days perfect I always fought the cartridge was black turns out it was more of a grey color not cleaning it properly in 11 years really professional printed invoice list taped in explained what was wrong I've taken it to other shops I always felt like it was kind was abandoned dumped on a shelf had to keep begging reminding to look at it never seen happy to see me maybe it's just me always felt welcomed with Tom so glad I got it service after it wasn't playing properly just sad to industries gonna be gone soon I'm in my late 20s obsessed with 90s grunge metal don't know what I'm gonna do x sorry for the late review I'm very ditsy take care”

“I definitely recommend Ben and his team. Our boiler had broken and was smelling really badly of burning. I called Ben and he answered straight away and said he could come out to have a look at the problem that day. Ben disconnected the boiler to make it safe and said he’d try and work things around to fit us in quickly to replace the old burned out boiler. The next day his colleague Will came round and fitted the new boiler and we were back up and running. Super responsive, friendly and tidy service. Thank you”

As I am sceptical letting just any handyman into the home...as the are two many cow boys Drilling holes Willy nilly been messy .not doing the job right. Not Ben he had all the right equipment to carry out the following work. Ben was on time and very good communication ,from first time I contacted Ben, clear break down for his time spent on the jobs and cost. “Went here the other night to get my mot done and was very pleasantly surprised.Really good staff a nice place to wait and spotlessly clean,even had a look around the sports shop.It didn’t take to long and I was one of the last customers,but I had a new battery put into my key fob and when I went to go home when I opened it the alarm went off and then the car wouldn’t.Luckily I guy called Paul came out to help me and checked the fob and the guy from Timpsons in Heswall had put the wrong battery in.By now the place was shutting,but he looked for a right battery.He couldn’t find one,but made a few phone calls and managed to get one down the road.He went and got it and replaced the dud one and everything was fine.I can’t say thankyou enough,Paul kept the place open until everything was ok with me and had gone above and beyond to help me.Can’t recommend enough.”

“Big thank you to the Kwik fit team at Bromborough, I'm not local and live 160miles from Bromborough, I was visiting family on Saturday and notice an issue with one of my rear tyres, this was at 14.00 and had to travel home that evening. Called Kwik fit and by 16.30 2no. new rear tyres had be fitted, again thank you to the guys for getting this done so quickly so I was able to get on my way, really appreciate it.”

“I’ve used this garage ever since I started driving 6years ago. I’ve taken every car I’ve ever had here whenever there has been a problem. Or it’s needed an ‘mot’ ...&Especially being a girl and clueless about cars a lot of garages tend to take the mick. However ste is a very down to earth fella and helps me out all the time with my car even if it’s the middle of the night or last minute. He even does fabulous job on my family members cars and friends cars if they need it and they all said they wouldn’t go anywhere else. Definitely highly recommend him!!! 5 star service!”

After a quick phone call first thing in the morning, I was able to go there about 5 minutes later, and 15 minutes after that, with the loose undertray was removed, I was back on the road, with only a nominal charge.”
