“Today I visited the St Helens store and approached two gentleman one was called Jordan I didn't catch the other gentleman's name, extremely friendly I needed help regarding cables for a VCR I found, my mum's just recently passed away and I wanted to watch these video tapes to help me remember. These two lads were fantastic they knew it wasn't a worthy sale but they went above and beyond they expressed sympathy as I got upset and made me feel comfortable! I visited the store around 10am. Please give these two men a incentive as they both represent the company so well and I will be back in this store this week to make sure they have both been acknowledged by management”

“Fantastic service! We are independent business that has recently moved premises so we decided to treat ourselves to a new big bushy tree for Xmas. The tree arrived in good time, but unfortunately there was an issue with the lights. We ordered third party through The Range and so contacted them and they were not helpful at all. We then resorted to phoning outdoor living and within in minutes we had arranged to have the faulty tree sent back with a new one in it's place.
