“Went to the Litherland store today. I am having a very annoying time trying to find a paint roller sleeve with a small inner tube to fit my extention pole. The staff here were so very helpful. The trick with the gaffer tape to make the fat tubes fit was very helpful indeed. Thank you for saving my sanity.”

“I was looking for a certain plant to give a friend whose dog had just passed away so I phoned to see if they had one . I Got through to David who was an absolute delight,he recommended plants and other ideas and he even went and looked around the centre to see what they had. “It is my favourite place to go and have brunch especially during weekends. They serve breakfast till 2.45 pm. It's a must visit place. Their food is amazing. I usually end up ordering their soup of the day , cheese toast with eggs, skin on fries and, iced coffee. The quantity they provide is really good. It fills you up really well. The food is delicioussssss. I've also tried their vanilla shake as well as their strawberry milkshake. They are all too good. So plz visit and show them some more love. The ambience is also great.”

“I having going to Hancock & Woods for over2 years for my Bra fitting(as my old ones were getting uncomfortable and knew my body was changing) . All the staff are friendly and helpful especially Diane who always goes that extra mile to find anything i need. Would highly recommend going for a fitting and letting the staff do their magic.”

“Went to Costa coffee today for a festive drink and I wasn't disappointed, I had the Terry's chocolate orange hot chocolate complete with whipped cream and a segment of Terry's chocolate, it was the most yummy hot chocolate ever, just what you need to get you in the festive mood and to warm you up on the cold winter months to come .”

“Coffee is lovely and staff was very friendly But it was a bit dirty the area where they were preparing the coffees and also area close to the toilets - also one lady alone working very hard should have more staff preparing coffees It’s under staffing that shop”

“Situated in the heart of the city Cafe Nero is a lovely place to sit and relax and enjoy your hot/cold drink. I had an almond crossiant and a large tea, and it was fab.And of course, there's plenty of other cakes,sandwiches, and other goodies to eat. There's seating inside as well as outside, The young lady who served me was very kind and very welcoming.”

“I called in at the garden centre today as I needed 2 trellis....I couldn't see one of the sizes a young lady at the till said they had 4 of the size I needed ....so a your man helped me look he found them but they were on a display!!!.. he went out of his way to ask a manager if I could buy on if them and he got me a discount as it had been on a display..then an older man came and help get the trellis off the display..sorry I didn't get there names... Great customer service really big thanks to these 3 staff members.. very happy customer... Many thanks Sue Brazendale”
