“Best Chinese takeaway I've ever had! We had salt and pepper chicken, chips, egg fried rice, spring rolls (which are huge)!! And 4 mini ones (which are not that mini!) and prawn crackers. All this for £20 and it all tasted amazing!! My new fave takeaway!! The owners are super lovely too! Xx”

“I haven’t been to Shirley in years as I moved house but I always remember when another hairdresser absolutely wrecked my hair when I was about 18 and I found Shirley’s salon out of pure distress. She got my hair back healthy again and I stuck with her for at least 8 years until I moved areas. I’m thinking of revisiting again to have a chat and a nice cut again :) thanks Shirley”

“Visited our local Hungry Horse recently and had a genuinely fantastic experience. The atmosphere was warm and relaxed, exactly what you want from a casual pub-style restaurant, and the food came out quickly, hot, and exactly as described. Good portions, good value, no complaints at all. What really made the visit stand out, though, was the service. **Carla C** was brilliant—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling rushed. She checked in at all the right times and made sure everything was spot on. **Leanne** was equally fantastic, bringing great energy and a lovely personal touch. She was upbeat, helpful with recommendations, and made us feel well looked after throughout the meal. Both Carla C and Leanne are absolute credit to the team. Their great service turned a simple meal into a memorable visit. Would definitely come back!”

“Ordered at 8pm and arrived by 20 past. Would definitely recommend!! We ordered a donner calzone and a meat pizza and it came with a free garlic bread which was a nice surprise. All really nice!! We’re relatively new to the area so this will deffo be our new pizza place! Delivery man was also really lovely!”

The service is next to none, absolutely lovely people here. The drinks are beautifully prepared and served. “Pretty much the same as all other wetherspoons establishments. Cheap beer and cheap food. You pay for what you get. Don't moan if you're steak isn't cooked the way you asked it's a spoons for god's sake. You might see a lad called Big Dec. Steer well clear of him. You can't miss him his head is massive.”
