“I visit Cheshire oaks when I drop my car for service at Lexus, I could tell you how great they are but this is not about them. I called in the store a month or so ago for some quality boots, stock was limited & the girl I spoke to suggested if I called in again in a.month or so the new stock would be in. I did that last week & as she suggested loads to choose from, I went away with the boots I wanted at a fantastic price. Retail approx £200, I paid approx £120 satisfied customer!!”

Did have the wrong size drink but the nice lady quickly corrected, easy mistake to make. Very clean inside the store too, no litter outside, no overflowing bins. Outdoor seating was great for a Costa.”

“Nice selection of hot and cold drinks. Eat in or takeaway. Toasties and sandwiches are also available as well as cakes and crisps. A lovely stop after a day shopping or trip to the cinema etc.”

The young lady took her time to show me around the shop to the areas where I needed to be to buy the produce that I required. Very good customer service from the member of staff, not enough people publicly praise members of staff for helping them in shops.”

“Visited here just before closing time one evening, had a browse and bought a few items. The assistant was very helpful, I use cast iron so she recommended the silicone utensils over the metal ones and talked me through the pros and cons of each. Great service throughout.”
