Jordan had great knowledge of the products and made the experience enjoyable with friendly small talk and a genuine passion for the brand. His enthusiasm was contagious, and although I didn’t end up purchasing the shirt, he left me with a fantastic impression of the store. “I went to Cheshire Oaks with my friends and I was not really planning on doing any shopping and to be honest I thought it would just be bad left overs no one else wanted and still expensive but I was very wrong. I bought a gorgeous bag for an unbelievable price of £6.50 and my friend bought her wedding dress from here for £50!!! I couldnt believe it. I use my bag everyday and I love it and my friends dress fit her perfectly and looks very expensive and beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised and I will reccomend tp anyone and I will be going back for more.”

“This store always has exceptional customer service from the staff and a great range of clothes which I can be sure to find something I like. I went to this store on Saturday at 4pm. My 2 year old son had fallen asleep in the car and I hadn't brought a pushchair so decided to carry him as it was absolutely scorching hot, rather than us wait it out in the car. This meant I was carrying an extra 3 stone around whilst trying desperately to find something for to wear on Sunday. One of the staff first helped me by looking through sizes on a rail of dresses. Another lady then made a lovely comment on how cute my son looked. When I started to queue for the till the same lady asked for more staff on the till and then served me herself. By this time my back was in agony and it really hurt carrying my son round. These actions mean so much when out and about and it meant that I didnt have to stand, those extra few minutes, whilst carrying my son. I feel like it can be easy to be overlooked as walking round it wouldn't necessarily look like I'm in pain. The empathy and actions taken were above and beyond, in my opinion, I'm very grateful for the staff on Saturday, thank you.”

“A good place to stop halfway around the shops… This Pret is a nice spacious cafe with super comfortable seats and a good choice of food and drinks. We came in here initially hoping to get a nice refreshing iced tea but unfortunately couldn’t see any on the menu (so assumed that iced tea isn’t an option in Pret, as we’ve never been to one before) there were bottles of green tea in the fridge but it wasn’t quite what we were looking for. The cake selection was brilliant and all of them looked great, my partner chose a chocolate croissant - she said it was delicious and one of the best ones she’s ever had, it was nice and light pastry with plenty of chocolate filling/flavour. We had a bottle of peach tea from the fridge which was ok but nothing amazing. The leather seats in here are very comfortable and you’ll just sink into them, I honestly could have sat there for hours. The staff were very friendly, at least the gentleman who served us was - he was very chatty and had a smile on his face which just made the whole transaction a better experience.”

“Son had a laser quest party here yesterday and it was great. Kids loved it and we thought it was great value for money. Would highly recommend, didn't have to worry about anything as everything was sorted for us. The staff hosting the party were all helpful and friendly!”

“Amazing food, fantastic value for money doing the pizza buffet on Xmas eve. Pizzas were all piping hot and constantly topped up. Service was great, Alicia was fantatstic checking everything was ok, making sure we had everything we needed and clearing up the mess with no issue when my 5yr old dropped her plate! Would recommend.”
