Karen at the desk was so helpful and then the Pharmacist (I didn't get her name unfortunately) took me into the side room, was able to swab my throat, get me a prescription and get the antibiotics immediately for me. Can't reccomend enough!”

There was a hiccup with the delivery slot but a call to their customer services team solved this within an hour. The queue was long, but they had a call back service so no stress there and the lady who called me back was really efficient and polite. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend to others.
