“I’ve been a member since just before Covid and this place kickstarted my love of fitness, to the extent that I’ve now become a qualified instructor myself. I started off with Nancy’s classes and found her so professional- greeting every new participant and learning their name so that you always felt welcomed. I loved her fun approach and inclusivity. Sadly work means I can only do her classes in the school holidays now, but when I do, I leave pump and dance fit on a Thursday morning with a well-needed injection of joy!”

“I had my 40th here and it was excellent! The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The spaces are a good size, I was allowed to decorate the area and the food was brought out on time and was delicious. I would certainly recommend The Elm if you are looking to mark an occasion, or even for a meal as it was so good. Thanks all!”

“I went to this place before my shift finished to order some food and told the boy serving i would be back in 10-15min.It was quiet and The boy was serving on his own at the front (young boy, named Janes, sorry for misspelling). He was giving fast and friendly service and apparently also doing deliveroo orders! He had my food ready by the time i came back and he kept it warm on the side for me. Portioning was great! Nice detail to write “Enjoy” on the lid :)”

“This is a fantastic nursery. Our son settled extremely quickly and that is because all the staff were brilliant and you can tell that they care about the children. All the staff across the nursery knew our son's name within a day and would say hello to him as we dropped him off. There is plenty of outside space which our son loved and they do loads of activities with the children throughout the day which they update you on through the app. Our son developed so much from being here and we highly recommend it for people looking for an outstanding nursery in Surbiton.”

“My wife attended Confidential, Surbiton on 21st July. We both wish to record our great appreciation for the help Violet gave us - despite the clinic being busy, she was so patient and charming and went above and beyond the call of duty. My wife was already stressed when she arrived (imminent house move etc etc) and was even more flustered when she realised she had got the appointment date wrong! Violet calmed her down, arranged for her to be fitted in with her own dentist ((Tarique) and also arranged further appointments. I waited outside in our car with our dog - Violet came out twice to see if we were all right (it was a hot day) and whether we wanted to come in and offered drinks of water. “Adding more context as it is deserved: The team at Vet4life are fantastic every time we go there with our tripod rescue cat. The practice is always immaculately clean (not easy when you handle animals), the staff are wonderfully friendly and professional and every time we have a question, we're given an answer with patience, understanding and elaboration where needed. In short, it's no surprise its such a popular vet for the area and I would thoroughly recommend using them (special shout out to Jenny - our cat's favourite)”
