“Jemma provided an excellent standard of care for my two guinea pigs while I was away for a week. One of our piggies is on medication and Jemma’s experience and knowledge was amazing. She provided us with regular updates and photos and it was a home from home for them. Jenny and Simone are looking forward to staying at Sleepy Burrows again soon!”

“Small Paw Adventures, run by Sam is just fantastic. Ozzy, my dog, has been going to Sam for day care since he was little, he’s now 2. He absolutely adores her and the time they have together. Last night he did his first sleepover in preparation for a holiday we have booked and Sam sent me messages and updated me. Sam is professional and kind, a winning combination when it comes to our fur babies. I trust her implicitly and feel total confidence to get on with my day, knowing he’s happy and safe! “Had a great experience for my first visit. Sarah and Matt were so helpful and flexible, going above and beyond to fit me in around my busy schedule and talking me through the process. You can tell they really care about the animal's experience throughout the groom. I returned with a very clean and happy pup. Very professional and cannot recommend them enough. I'm so lucky to have found them for my dog's first groom.”

“Very warm welcome at this charming house. Bed and Breakfast is a bit misleading. Breakfast was a couple of biscuits and tea or coffee in the room. No problem for us - we never have breakfast! Lovely comfortable bed and perfectly situated for Heathrow terminal 5 (7mins in the car). Paul, can I recommend that you leave the fridge door open when not in use? It didn't smell too nice from being closed! Really enjoyed playing your piano! Keep practicing! We'll definitely use your establishment again!”

“We feel very lucky to have discovered Goulds Green Cattery after our usual cattery closed down. Our young rescue tabby is a very nervous cat but after dropping her off and seeing the cattery, we felt very happy that she would be very well cared for. “Steve was my hero. Our cat Lily was due to stay with our daughter but she was unable to have her. So the day before we were due to go on holiday I rang Steve. We were in luck he had, had a cancellation. Steve reassured us that Lily would be fine, he asked what food she preferred and biscuits etc. Made sure all her injections were up to date. When we dropped her of he took her to her holiday home. Steve kindly let us pick her up a little earlier due to M25 bring busy and his wife Melinda explained how Lily had been, when she had eaten etc. We will happily leave Lily at The Ark in future and found them very friendly and caring. Great value to.”

“My kitten stayed here in December, his first time in a cattery. I was a very anxious cat mummy as Dylan is a rescue. I cannot praise this establishment enough. Not only did they post pictures and videos on their fb page . But they told me I could email if I was concerned. They replied promptly to all my emails and constantly reassured me . I had one very calm ,happy kitty when I returned from my holiday . So much so that I've booked him in for our holiday in July . The staff are so caring and so passionate about what they do , that no matter how anxious I feel about leaving my fur baby , I have every confidence that they will give him the same care and love as if he was their own and if I have a wobble they won't delay in letting me know that he is happy and ok . They even let me come and look round and meet the staff before his first stay . 10/10 on every aspect of my Dillsy's stay”

“Max has returned from 4 days at red house kennels and is extremely happy. I was very nervous leaving Max, as he has a slightly nervy nature and I haven’t left him before. He has come back clean and very happy. Owners were also very nice and we will be using again for future breaks and holidays. “We loved staying at Bay Tree House. Our host was great. The breakfasts were wonderful and carried us through our busy day until dinner (tea). We had a comfortable bed and room with ensuite, close to underground Piccadilly line, bus stops, shops, laundromat and a neighbourhood pub. Our host was helpful, kind, supportive, and available. We would definitely stay again.”

“I thought I’d share my thoughts following my third (and longest) stay at Latitude. I got to know about the apartment block through friends who recognise that I needed a longer-term solution for staying in London for my work. My main home is in Spain. However I’m frequently in London so I decided that I would take a longer term lease. The apartment is perfect for me, from its positioning, (close enough to the station and town), to its general physical appointment. It’s in beautiful condition and if ever there have been tiny inevitable niggles the apartments management have pretty much fixed them there and then on the day that help was required. I find everybody associated with the building to be really pleasant and helpful. I can’t recommend this place any higher.”

“Stayed here back in April. Loved it! Very quiet area and close to buses, Imperial Wharf train, and Earl’s Court and Fulham Broadway tube stations. I love the Tesco grocery store down the street. Good restaurants in the area within walking distance. The Doubletree Hotel next door was great for drinks and morning buffet breakfast!”
