“I recently had Botox treatment with Dr.Arti Sharma for my bruxism and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. From the very first moment, she made me feel completely at ease . She has such a gentle and caring way about her that instantly takes away any nerves. She took the time to explain everything in simple terms, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood how the treatment would work. The actual injections were surprisingly quick and virtually painless , her hands are so light you barely feel it happening. It’s now been a few weeks since the treatment, and the results have been fantastic. My jaw feels so much more relaxed, I’m no longer waking up with headache and I can genuinely feel the tension has eased in my jaw muscles, which is such a relief after struggling with this for so long. “A most amazing experience at Smiletech in Bluewater. Friendly, professional team. I’d popped in there several times but didn’t commit to an appointment. Each time though, I was met with a smile and absolutely no pressure sales. I knew I’d be coming in eventually and I wasn’t disappointed at all. Everything was explained carefully and I was given options. I still got amazing service after turning down other upgrades (I’ll be back for those later). “Although my stylist seemed a bit nervous, I've got a lovely cut that washes well and is easy to maintain. It's a novelty to find a stylist who doesn't get scissor happy and sticks to the brief. Hair products used seem very good quality. Good coffee too. Very friendly staff, many speak Italian, which adds to the atmosphere.”

“Amazing experience! They took me in when I was desperate because I kept bouncing from my GP to a pharmacy for the prescription of a medicine. The receptionist was kind enough to let me speak on the phone with Doctor Raj who then gave me an appointment. He was super kind and explained the pros and cons of the whole process and took me in twice without even charging me. He is caring, compassionate and such an expert! He explained everything very well and even went against his interest to suggest that it was not the right time for me to start this particular medication as I was still not completely ok.
