“I recently attended and saw Sarra Mohamed for a teeth clean. It had been a few years since I had been for a clean and always get worried when the day arrives. Sarra and her assistant were very polite, friendly and welcoming. Going to the dentist is always an anxious experience, as I’m sure it is for most. Sarra was exceptional in the way she worked. It was efficient and top quality. Due to me not attending for some time, I had plaque build-up walking in, but walked out looking bright, white and sparkling. Sarra was very informative, gave great advice (mouth wash before and don’t rinse after brushing) about things I didn’t know before. Her session was quick, informative but also just a lovely experience all around. I would highly recommend the clinic, but Sarra in particular, for her professionalism and attention to detail. “Have been coming here for a few years now for laser hair removal and hydrofacials. I have noticed a significant amount of hair reduction and better skin! Haven’t needed a top up for over a year now and have hardly any growth! Very clean and hygienic salon and great customer service, such friendly faces! “One of the best experiences I have had for a long time. This particular Dr was able to prescribe the antibiotic , whilst checking the type of infection to confirm the correct medication. If it had not been correct, I would have been told to stop and take a newly prescribed one. In the past no one has bothered to check what type of infection it is when prescribing antibiotics and I have been given the same ( which did not work) or 3 different ones( one after the other). Really not good. A pleasant and positive feeling with this Dr.”

“Absolutely the best pharmacy I have ever experienced. Whitaker’s in en2 comes second. The male pharmacist named Bob is such a genuine, decent, kind and sincere person who goes above his duty as a pharmacist and seems to be in the profession to actually help people. The first time he helped me with a better version of medication as the one prescribed was unsuitable. He then (without me asking)went above and beyond contacting different manufacturers and really and truly took it upon himself to be helpful. So unexpected in todays world where customer service largely is an ancient myth of a bygone era or that’s how it feels sometimes. Today, once again he went above and beyond and took steps to rectify a problem and offered two solutions I didn’t request that resolved my problem. Seriously, to say I am thankful for such kindness and empathy is an understatement. He is a rare angel In this oftentimes cold world. I would highly recommend this pharmacy and all the people who work there seem very lovely, welcoming and kind. Thanks everybody at Haywards”

Last time I didn’t have a great experience but this time... wow! She was so so lovely and accommodating. After having a csection and having to arrange a lift to pets at home that day, she explained that I would have to order and come back the next day for treatment. I apologised for not knowing and explained I would need to get a lift the following day (not expecting her to change the rules) She said “you know what... we aren’t busy let me go and sort that for you. It will save you getting someone to bring you back down.” She asked me about the baby etc She was personable and so so understanding She went above and beyond out of her way to help me That is customer service at its finest!!! We first took our beloved Nico to Alan to have some dental work carried out a few years ago & more recently during his final months, following a bought of ill health, to Nico's final visit yesterday when we sadly made the difficult decision to put him to sleep.
