“Had two completely different procedures here. Treatment, care and compassion were fantastic both times. First, our 3 year old son had his circumcision here. I notice there is a bad review from one parent about her son's pain and an even more disturbing answer from someone at the clinic about restraining a child. What happened to parents doing what I did, dosing with alternating paracetamol and ibuprofen both before and after the procedure and, more importantly, using copious amounts of Emla cream?! My son did not feel a thing throughout the whole procedure. He healed very well afterwards with no complications. No way should a child or anyone else have to be restrained for a medical procedure, not in this modern World. Secondly, I had 10 moles removed from my back. Again, I used a lot of Emla cream as ai don't like needles. The doctor was so kind and patient, ensuring I was comfortable and pain free. I healed very quickly and you cannot notice where any of the moles were. I would recommend this clinic to all, but I would say you need to be responsible for your own pain relief, just as with anywhere else.”

“Millway Medical Practice has been my family’s GP surgery for over 20 years, and we continue to be deeply grateful for the outstanding care we’ve received. I want to sincerely thank the entire team: the doctors, nurses, managers, receptionists, healthcare practitioners, and even the cleaners. Yes, the cleaners deserve recognition too. The surgery is always spotless, which speaks volumes about the standards they uphold. Millway is one of the few practices where you can still call in the morning and get an appointment with a doctor on the same day. That kind of accessibility is rare these days and truly appreciated. On a recent visit, I witnessed something that reaffirmed our confidence in Millway. A man who appeared very unwell came into the surgery, struggling to walk. The receptionist immediately pressed a bell, and within minutes, over six doctors were by his side. It was an incredible display of swift, compassionate teamwork. The kind of care you can’t put a price on. My family and I feel very fortunate to be registered at Millway Medical Practice. Thank you for everything you do!”

“Dr Trudie saw my daughter after her school recommended she get help for her exam related anxiety. Trudie made an assessment and predicted that the root cause was ADHD. She proposed that my daughter do the test, and that depending on the result we would look into appropriate medication. The test concluded that ADHD was a factor and Dr Trudie recommended a course of medication. She was very clear about the possible side effects associated with the medication. She was also extremely supportive and made herself available in case there were any adverse effects. The benefits of the medication were immediate with very few side effects, and the focus increased dramatically whilst the anxiety disappeared. Dr Trudie worked with our local GP so that third party care could ensue and my daughter who has now finished school feels that she can manage her care going forward. As a family - We are very grateful to Dr Trudie for helping us get through a difficult time and we feel very lucky to have been under her care. We would recommend her unreservedly.”

The staff is always kind, professional, and responsive - whether it’s rescheduling an appointment or addressing any concerns, they handle everything smoothly and with care. Marta, has been especially attentive, making sure I felt comfortable and that everything was going well during my sessions. One thing to keep in mind is that treatments are typically carried out by different technicians each time. While all have been skilled and professional, if you prefer to see the same person for each session, that might not always be possible.”

“I felt I must leave a review. This is an fantastic clinic from start to finish. Sarah on reception is excellent and creates a welcoming vibe. I have been seeing a Physio called Aishling Burke who I can`t rate highly enough. Pelvic floor related issues are very much a `grey` area and finding someone with such extensive knowledge has been a game changer for me personally. Aishling is incredibly passionate about her work and once under her guidance my issues began to improve. She works with you every step of the way on the road to recovery. Just Fantastic!!”

“All the staff at the London animal hospital are wonderful and very caring. Unfortunately we had to have our kitten to put to sleep, and they went above and beyond ensuring we knew the risks of trying to treat him and what we could expect.They allowed me to take my time and say goodbye properly, and I know for a fact he was given so much love by everyone there when he had to go. The vets and the veterinary nurses I have seen are an absolute credit to this place. They checked in with us frequently afterwards, which was a lovely touch. They treated the situation with care and respect and I will always always use this veterinary practice. They have also been brilliant with our other cat, and the fact they remember both yours and your pets name when you have to visit makes you feel incredibly welcome. I love that they are open 24/7, and having made a late night trip, the level of care is always to the highest standard. Thanks again, you guys are amazing!”

They took time in getting to know her and made her so comfortable to the point she was even wagging her tail.
