Affordable in Enfield

“Each time I go to shop in the Enfield branch; I am severed by Christine. She has always been consistent in her customer service towards me. Even at the end of the day when the store is about to close; Christine will remain upbeat and polite. The store supervisor is also a friendly and helpful person. There’s a lovely and cool vibe in that store.”

They also went out of their way to check the warehouse for an item that was in stock but not on the shelves. “I have been on various trips with Enfieldian and I have enjoyed everyone of them. It's a local firm with local pick up points. The Ladies in the Office are very helpful and I have never ever encountered a problem that they can't sort out. With regards to Drivers I have never encountered a problem. I want to feel safe, and if I have had a problem I speak directly to them. When you have a comfort break, get off the coach and go to the Loo! Don't sit there and then want to go as soon as we move off. Or try to go when the coach has stopped. Loads of people have Disabilities and all the Drivers are very considerate. I like the diversity of everyone on the coaches. It's great to see so many of the older generation going out for the day, or on short breaks. If your travelling on your own, everyone is very friendly. For me this company is a great local asset. If you want all mod cons etc and changeovers etc go with a multi national company. This company is for local people and Iocal departures points. It's safe and easy for people to get home. I have visited lots of unusual places and enjoyed them all. Great days out! Some people just like to moan! Not everything always goes to plan, but that's the fun of it. Roadworks etc and accidents are outside of the Drivers control. So if you want a day out, let the coach take the strain. The short breaks are good value for money. I have met lots of very nice people on these trips. Life is what you make it! We have had good times. So like everything in life, things can be improved and I think that any problems encountered Enfieldian take this on board. We need to support our local services, otherwise we can end up losing them. So 5* from me.”

“This is a lovely shop situated within a spacious garden centre. The selection of garments is good within the store and they are of good quality. I have bought several pieces and they have all been of high quality. I visited again a couple of weeks ago and, due to Covid 19, I was unable to try the clothes on at the time. I bought several items to try on at home. Sadly a couple did not suite me so the following week I returned them to the store. They were more than happy to either refund my money or exchange the goods. Would highly recommend this store for both casual and occasion clothing.”

“From 17:26 they started closing 1 door and leaving 1 side open this is very bad and not at all accessible for individuals woth prams andd wheel chairs and even individuals using crutches to help them walk. This is out if order and shows a lack of care to certain individuals of the community. They close at 18:00 so it should have easy access at all times very bad and its appiling behaviour made by staff shame on new look!”

Had to pay for a new pollen filter and brake fluid so nothing unexpected (about £220 for those additions - mine is an electric car). About £400 in total for everything. Had call in the morning explaining what would happen and again after the service and before the additions were carried out. Would recommend and use again.”
