I always find the communication to be faultless whether it's by email or phone, and clear and concise customer service. Clear indication of price and work, to be carried out and all in an acceptable time scale. Genuine parts used whilst car is under manufacturers warranty if required. A very busy Sunday afternoon, but the food was delicious I had the duck which was divine hubby had roast chicken (as they had sold out of the beef, it did look delicious and we would have ordered that for the 3 of us, hopefully next time), roast potatoes were a little hard and the roast pork was dry.
