Communication was excellent and a minor problem (not of their doing) was promptly and efficiently rectified. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they go the extra mile to make the customer satisfied and happy. You can definitely tell her experience in this! The video, pictures and report are so crystal clear too. We’ve gone on a very complicated fertility journey - over 4 years of miscarriages, a blighted ovum, positive pregnancies (one resulting in a birth, which Jaliah highlighted a potential issue at 36 weeks which allowed us to flag to the NHS and have a successful birth at 37 weeks). Jaliah has always been there to help, including squeezing us in to scans at less than 24 hours notice!! Thank you Jaliah ❤️.”
