Didn't hurt one bit and my teeth were well overdue a clean, the hygiene assistant was great too (can't remember her name ) going back to have a check up next week.”

“Immediately upon entry, Nasila was extremely friendly and accommodating. I had my 2nd and 3rd lobes pierced, and throughout the entire process she was gentle, patient and sanitary. Pain was minimal, and my ears do not feel very sore a few hours later. Nasila explained the aftercare routine, recommended products and kindly offered for us to reach out to her personally anytime in the event that something came of concern to my fresh piercings. “I have had specialist gum/hygiene treatment with Ms R. Husein at the Centre of Dental Excellence. I am a nervous dental patient and have historically become very distressed in the Dentist's chair, which has led to me missing hygienist appointments. Ms Husein could not have done more to put me at ease and support me throughout my series of 3 appointments. Her kind, reassuring approach meant that I was able to tolerate everything she needed to do without becoming upset. “I was suffering from neck pain and exhausted all NHS treatment so I decided to give one last chance to get rid of 2 years of pain. I am a former professional athlete, still regularly training so this pain was really bothering me. I walked into the clinic, Martha treated me with her magic hands and I walked away pain free. It was a true miracle! The pain and stiffness returned after a few days although much less severe, I say 50% as Martha had anticipated. I then saw Martha weekly for a further 4 treatments and the symptoms were getting better and better. After the 5th session, differently from all other physiotherapists I tried in the past, she recommended to wait and see rather than having more treatment. 3 weeks later the pain had totally disappeared and I was still training, so no disruption to my routine. 6 weeks later I am still pain free and I can finally move my neck without any problems, I can read books and watch TV without having to constantly move, stretch and use all sorts of techniques to try and live a normal life. All of this without taking any medication which I am strongly against. As said I have tried many physiotherapists in the past and Martha is surely the best, au pair with the physiotherapist we had in the national rowing team in the 90s. I will surely see Martha again for all my joints' trouble which inevitably will show up with age.”

Davinder assessed and started me off with accupunture follwed by movement and recovery exercises. I learnt a lot from him as I was having symptoms as my body was reacting to stress. “It’s my fav beauty shop! The shop is kept really well and they just had a refurbishment so everything is new. The owner and the girls working there are nice and professional, there is always a good atmosphere in the shops and there is always enough staff than you rarely queue to get anything done. The girls are really good at what they are doing and they offer many service. During Monday - Thursday till 11 am they offer 20% discount and I’ve done acrylic infill with French tip at very reasonable price. The customer service is really nice and this makes the difference where u go there. Thank you everyone. :) V”
