“Having had one of my sons attend Park lane children centre I had no doubt to take my second child there, The Staff are very kind, caring & thoughtful, always greeting children with a smile on their faces. Facilities are clean and set up as a welcoming. They have a spacious outdoor play area where children happily roam at outdoor and Inside has plenty of space as well and is set up thoughtfully for different focus areas of play and learning, catering to the range of ages in nursery. The staff always around the children giving lots of positive attention. My eldest son left well prepared & confident for Reception; now it’s time for my little one, he loves it already..I highly recommend Park Lane Children Centre.”

“We have used the Children's Wellness Centre to have access to a private physio for our daughter. The booking process is easy with kind, helpful and smiley staff! “I've always wanted to swim in this pool since visiting during the Olympics. Booked for the 50m competition pool via the Everyone Active app. At £7 per adult this is great value for money and comparable to any other leisure centre. The changing village was clean, plenty of hot showers, and the lockers (£1 returnable) were well maintained. The pool was clean and the temperature was good for continual lane swimming. Great experience and will certainly return!”

“All the guys at the desk are super helpful. The facilities are excellent, I used to play badminton there when it had the Whitton "Dome" visible from the A316, but now it's been brought bang up to date with the new school buildings. The only slight downside is that a badminton training there is more expensive than Hampton with the danger amount of time and the same coach”

“Had a great time here today. The pools were all well managed by the lifeguards, they were actively checking how busy the pools were, closing them at capacity, making sure children were using the slides correctly etc which was nice to see. The two smaller pools were great for my toddlers and they really enjoyed the slides. We travelled half an hour to get here as we don’t have anything like this near us so it was a nice change. The only improvement for us would be more family changing rooms as they were full when we got there and the small changing rooms were very tricky to change twin toddlers in. They can’t help the size of the building though! We’d visit again”

“After being referred to this burns unit, I couldn't speak more highly of the specialist doctor and nurse that I had my appointment with today. I didn't have a particularly positive experience at another hospital which led to extreme discomfort and anxiety around my injury.
