“I'm a new-ish gym goer and I go here for the gym, treadmill terrace, sometimes the sauna and have used the squash courts a couple of times. Such a great facility for the community. It feels like they care about making it a good space for everyone (they've made a bunch of improvements like updating the layout of the gym, new equipment, bigger soft play area). It feels pretty friendly and welcoming to me. Really rate this leisure centre”

“The gym staff here are outstanding. I would like to single out Ula in particular who, after I injured my knee, put me on a special programme. Weeks later I attended a physio at the hospital who said I was on the road to recovery. Full marks to her. Pity about the state of the pool.”

“Best gym in the area. Absolutely spoilt for choice with classes and the refurbishment and all new equipment in the gym makes it an outstanding place to train. Manager Adrian and all the lovely staff are really helpful with info and PT sessions. Adrian is a brilliant boxing coach I have loved the new Box12 classes too. The gym is great for everyone between beginners or expert body builders. There’s such a mix of abilities and bodies at the gym I love it.”

“Amazing family swim in the lagoon pool and totem splash pad. Recently visited with our 18 month old who loved it so much. The centre was very clean and modern. £1 returnable for the lockers. The temperature was warm as was the water so she could splash about for a long time and didn't get cold at all. There was free parking also. What an amazing experience well worth travelling to if out of area.”

“Incredible amneity in the area. Sure, it's not perfect but there's a large pool for lengths, separate toddler and fun pools. Sauna, steam room. Great soft play. Easy to book it all online. I think most of the negative reviews complaining about cleanliness would be more appropriate for £100+/month gyms, which Wavelengths just is not. I've not noticed the soft play being dirty, nor the pools themselves.”

“I visited for the first time today for the free Tower Hamlets women’s swimming. I was hesitate over the previous reviews but I had a great experience. The pool was quiet (6ish), the showers hot, lockers available for a 20p coin (you don’t get it back) and very easy to go straight in and out. Lots of kids in the kids area which is great to see it being used.”

“Hopefully, it will be a short stay. The care centre is clean, well organised and staff are helpful and pleasant. The food is simple and served hot with limited choice. “A place where you can spend a great time with your young ones. This facility offers a lot of activities for both adult and children which includes swimming training or just a quick dip into the pool with your babies. The pool is also accessible for individuals with special educational needs which is really amazing. The huge slide inside is also worth to try. Just do not forget to bring a coin to access the lockers; you can get your coin back before you leave. Baggy park, vending machine and cafe are also available inside. You might not be able to bring phones or camera to take photo inside.”
