“I have been to Dr Han several times for my back problems and her acupuncture treatment has been instrumental to my recovery. In the earlier stages of my injury, I often felt extreme stiffness in my lower back region which nothing else was able to resolve. After several regular sessions I have noticed marked improvement in my pain levels. I initially explained to Dr Han I was very nervous about the needles, and she made sure to explain what she was doing each time, and gave me some tips on how to better tolerate the treatment. Unfortunately I have relocated so I'm no longer able to continue coming here but I would highly recommend Dr Han to anyone and I'm grateful for the relief she has provided. Thank you!”

“I have tried several treatments at Wellness Therapy Centre: Acupuncture with Sarah Joseph - this was my first time trying acupuncture; it was an amazing experience and I loved it. I've heard the term 'holistic treatment' before and after my session with Sarah I think I I finally understand what it means. The pre-treatment session was really thorough and I felt like I got a therapy session for free! The acupuncture itself was fantastic. It was very calming and relaxing and after my session I felt lighter like a weight had been lifted. Chiropody with Michaela - my feet had a lot of hard skin and I had pretty much given up on them ever looking nice. She did such a fantastic job of removing the hard skin and pampering my feet that after the treatment my socks felt softer! She also gave me good tips on how to take care of them and now several months later my feet still feel better than they did before the treatment. Reflexology with Gillian - I really enjoyed this treatment too. it was amazing how much Gillian picked up about the rest of my body from working on my feet. I'd swear I could feel toxins leave my body afterwards. I find all the staff at this centre to be really friendly, professional and helpful and I look forward to booking more sessions in the future.”

“Great nursery. Facilitates are great, especially the big garden which has a climbing frame, fish pond, sandpit, guinea pigs. They even had incubated chicks earlier in the year. The staff are great and have been working there for years which is always a good sign. My daughter loves it.”

“I cannot recommend Simon and the team enough. I rushed in last week on a Tuesday with my chihuahua who was very suddenly unwell as my vet wouldn't see him. I am not registered with Weybridge vet and I didn't even call, I just showed up, but they took me in immediately and began helping my dog. They ended up keeping him and calling me regularly with updates. They saw him again the following day and he had deteriorated so they treated him whilst I was still there so that they could talk me through everything they were doing to keep my mind at ease. They then referred him to The Ralph for further investigation. It is now the following Tuesday and they called me to check in on Stanley. He has made a full recovery now and will have a follow up in a week just to check in. The care shown by all of the reception staff and veterinary staff is second to none. I cannot be more thankful and appreciative and will be moving my 3 other dogs from our current vet to this vet.”

Despite my lack of experience in having waxed, Isabel made me feel extremely comfortable and made always checked to see if there were any stray hairs. “I was recommended by a friend about this Vets. My pet cat passed and I brought her in to be cremated. I met a lovely lady at the front desk and before I could say anything I bust into tears. The lovely lady who was the vet took me to a room and explained the reason as to why my cat passed. She was so lovely and really listened to what I had to say and really looked after me. “Even though Vets are extremely busy at the moment you never feel rushed when with the vet. I took my 12 week old puppy in for a general check up and the vet was kind and very thorough. I have been with this veterinary practice for 16 months when I bought home my first puppy and they have been brilliant with her too. She has had some digestive problems and a reaction to stitches after an operation, they have always been kind, thoughtful and kept me informed. This happened through lockdown so was a very stressful time but they communicated with me by phone and emails and were amazing.”

“Having recently had to say goodbye to our 12 year old Northern Inuit, I wanted to add to my old, stars-only review. He was with Spring Lodge from the age of 12 weeks, and the service provided throughout has been second to none. He was a complicated soul, with many issues through his life, and a number of surgeries during which he was cared for in an exemplary manner. Nobody was ever intimidated by his size and appearance which was something we faced a lot in the "real world", even if he was affectionately nicknamed "The Beast" by Neil! The support staff are magnificent.”

They Will always do the best they can for you, If you have a problem you can call & or drop in and they can usually help you immediately. They truly value their customers. Their prices are very reasonable. They go through everything with you. My family all use the garage & have done so for over 10/15 years. “A most amazing experience at Smiletech in Bluewater. Friendly, professional team. I’d popped in there several times but didn’t commit to an appointment. Each time though, I was met with a smile and absolutely no pressure sales. I knew I’d be coming in eventually and I wasn’t disappointed at all. Everything was explained carefully and I was given options. I still got amazing service after turning down other upgrades (I’ll be back for those later). I’m usually anxious when lying down in a strange place… at smiletech, I fell asleep (that’s a big deal). Same amazing service when I popped in to get my whitening kit. The centre is a very good place to do some gymnastics and creativ courses too and its very easy und with a low budget to join. Thanks a lot to the whole team!”
