“We stayed for 2 nights in the London Hilton in Croydon. What a wonderful place Food was great . Staff were great. So clean and lovely staff. We attended a wedding nearby. What an amazing place. Would highly recommend. Thank you all for your hospitality”

“I love the staff. Most of them are my friends now because they are so friendly and kind. Always a smile and patience beyond measure. I've seen it tested. One guy is annoying to both customers and staff but we all just ignore him mostly. The chicken however is flipping delicious. It's so flavourful. I highly doubt anyone would be disappointed if they try it for themselves. Better than chicken cottage on London rd. Better than KFC by far. Better than that one chicken shop of church street (I'm so sorry to say but it's true). Obviously I like chicken, hot wings in particular so I know what's up. This place is dope.”

“Best in the area by a distance. Freshly cooked with good quality ingredients. Plenty of flavour and nice staff as well. I made the mistake of trying another Chinese in the area while these guys were closed and won't be ordering from anywhere else in purley other than these guys again.”

“Great food, really nice folks, very clean cafe, spacious, good place to gather your thoughts. They take debit cards and prices are very good value and sometimes cheaper than other places. Food is similar or better or different in a good way, to other cafes, not the usual boring stuff. Much is home made and fresh. The lady there makes cakes, so I ordered a birthday cake, all beautifully decorated to order, at half the price people making cakes at home charge, and a fraction of what it costs in a large bakery chain for a birthday or celebration cake. I will be going there regularly from now on.”

“Stylish Salon...Lovely soft lighting which is very complimentary...Warm...Welcoming Atmosphere..So glad I came here.. I had eyelash extensions today..One word..Stunning..As perfect you can get.! Had extensions done a few times before...but never as I had them done here.. The best thing is...it is so local to me..What more could I ask for..Well, one thing is to improve my Polish.!.. As soon as you walk in..the warmth of the salon and of its owners makes you feel so much at home.! it would be so nice if one day..they offer semi permanent make up..for me..personally...eyebrows and eye liner.! That would make it the perfect Salon...well, more perfect than it is.! I am not one for looking at myself in the mirror...but, now I cannot help but to admire my new lashes...As I said..Stunning.! “I’ve been to this branch of Starbucks a couple of times recently and it’s been great. My friend is disabled, so parking is very convenient as there are Blue Badge parking spaces directly outside. Access is easy too. The staff are all friendly and you don’t feel rushed, even when it’s near closing time. One outstanding member of staff we encountered was Elaine, the manager, who is incredibly friendly, warm and kind. She was extremely considerate and helpful towards my friend, who needed to access the toilet. Elaine made sure she could navigate her way to the toilet safely and that there were no obstructions in her way. On our way out, just as the shop was closing, Elaine cheerfully called out to say goodbye, which was a lovely touch. It’s warm, friendly and helpful staff members like Elaine who contribute to a positive experience when visiting a coffee shop. Thank you Elaine. You’re an asset to Starbucks. Update: When I first encountered Elaine, I mistakenly thought she was the cleaner as she was mopping the floor. On my next visit she told me that she was actually the manager and had found my post hugely amusing. This just shows what a wonderful sense of humour Elaine has! It also shows how the manager is prepared to do any task that is required.”
