“Chipotle Mexican Grill is my lifesaver when I’m too tired and coming home late from work. It’s the best dinner option I could ask for. The most important thing is that everything is always fresh – from the greens to every piece of cheese, chicken, avocado, and the sauces. I want to give special thanks to Hinal, the lovely girl from India who always greets me with a smile, is super helpful, and helps me choose the perfect option. Although I don’t know everyone by name, I always end up being served by the same amazing team – she and a friendly guy from Poland. They make the experience special every single time. I feel like I’m visiting family when I come here. Everyone is so welcoming and kind that it truly makes you want to come back. Huge portions, fresh ingredients, and the warm atmosphere – what more could you ask for? Thank you for always making my evenings better! You’re doing an amazing job!”

“I know Chipotle really well bc I used to go 3 times a week at certain points and have been eating there (in the states) since 2003. Despite going to this location only once, I had a great experience probably the best I’ve had in the UK. Chicken was nicely charred and had really good smoky flavour. Salsas, brown rice and guacamole were so delicious. I will definitely try to go back.”

“Shared nachos and a sharing selection. Absolutely amazing. The pible was so flavourful, the chicken taco was out of this world and the peach and orange mocktail was so refreshing. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere was great from table near the bar, ( no criticism, I was very thankful to be seated away from the main area with lots of people.) From the outside it was so quiet but as you opened the door it was full of people happily eating. Not a drinker but a great selection of tequila and the cocktails looked amazing. Took our churros home as we were comfortably full, ate them later and they were still perfectly crisp on the outside with a nice chewy center. The dark chocolate and chilli dip was lovely, not overly hot but enough to add depth of flavour to the sauce.will definitely return with family”

“​We visited Mestizo for dinner with a friend on a Monday evening, and it turned out to be one of the best, most authentic Mexican meals we've had in London. ​What really stands out is the menu. This isn't just your standard burrito and taco joint. Mestizo offers a fantastic variety of great, traditional dishes that I haven't been able to find in other places. To go with the food, they also have local soft drinks from Mexico. I tried one that was like a cola but with a unique, different taste—a great touch. ​We visited at the end of October, and the atmosphere really highlighted their respect for tradition. The restaurant was decorated for Día de Muertos (Day of the Dead), which added to the authentic, cultural feel of the evening. ​As a fun bonus, it just so happened that on Monday, they were running a 50% discount on everything starting with "M"! This wasn't why we went, but it was a pleasant surprise. ​We can highly recommend Mestizo. If you're looking for true Mexican food in London, this is one of the very few places that gets it right. “The corn tacos were absolutely delicious , crisp packed with flavor and super fresh ingredients. The quesadillas were cheesy and perfectly cooked. Everything tasted authentic and made with care. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. Definitely one of the best spots for Mexican food in the area. We’ll be coming back for sure!”

“I've been working at a university close to DD for ten years, so I've been coming here for delicious burritos for ten years. Considering the competition on Leather Lane, I can confidently say I'm never tempted to go anywhere else apart from Daddy Donkey. The food is consistently tasty and always fills me up. “So on "Dia de Muertos" and having been made up as calaveras for the Columbia Road Day of the Dead festival.nearby, where else to head but a Mexican restaurant? Google directed us to nearby Santo Remedio, which turned out to be a good choice.The manager welcomed us warmly and managed to fit in our party of three in between bookings. Our friendly waitress Olivia was great too, explaining how the veggie dishes could be adapted to be vegan with vegan cheese substitutes so everyone in our group was able to enjoy the food. The food itself was very flavourful. We chose butternut squash tacos, hibiscus and cactus quesadillas, and black bean side (hold the cheese for vegan version), and the lovely refreshing hibiscus agua fresca drink. The place has a fun friendly vibe, just right for a Saturday night evening with friends.”

“Came here for lunch for the first time. Ordered their lunchtime deal, 2 tacos, a side and drink for £12. (I think.) Food was lovely. The staff were fantastic. Sooo friendly, polite and welcoming. We got there just before they were closing and a couple of people came in just after they shut down for a while. The staff apologised but then agreed to serve them, which was so kind. Loved the decor of the place too. Definitely recommend and will be back to try more food soon!”

“Outstanding tacos and wonderful service! Service over the phone to reschedule booking was nice and fabulous throughout the meal. The guacamole starter dressed with pomegranate was nice and the nachos were OK. The seabass and prawns are to die for. The Beef and the pork we decent too. Tres Leche cake to finish off was was nice thought the cream was a bit much.”

We had visited as an off the cuff birthday, mainly for the cocktails tbh. The food was nice, the drinks great, the atmosphere amazing, the service excellent. Even when the birthday cake came out, which I hadn't expected. As an impromptu evening it was great and I look forward to returning with a larger group.”

“We initially came here to try out the cocktails which were delicious, especially the zombie passion fruit. We decided on a taco sharing platter, nachos, buttermilk chicken and bravas for four of us and was perfect, we even had some leftovers. Everything was really tasty. Great service and very efficient.”

“Booking was easy online. While I needed to make a time change which required a phone call, it was quick and easy to do. We went for the all you can eat tacos, but found so many yummy things on the menu we ordered other items instead. The Ghost Rider Marguerita was delicioso, the homemade chips and guacamole was excellent (pomegranate seeds were a nice touch), the Mexican Fattoush salad was fantastic - finally some health vegetables on my holiday! The chicken and carne asada tacos were small yet superb. We could have ordred another plate, if we wanted, but opted for desert instead. The Empinada for me with chantilly creame was a perfect end. My wife apprciates ambiance, which Madera has even without the 15th floor view. Though of course, having the best meal on our holiday, while watching the sunset over London was a perfect end to our day. Last, but not least Sabuj took attentive care of us all throughout our experience. We are already planning on returning soon.”

“There was a lovely young lady I could tell as soon as I entered the store this is because of the way she greeted me as I entered the shop this was my first time trying tortilla so I asked her for advice and she politely listed the menu and asking what I was looking for and what I liked. She was getting to know type of meal I wanted and was telling me how the wraps tasted and the other meals . She was very patient with me as I was indecisive and I am a very picky eater anyone else usually gets impatient and irritated when I ask questions as I am new to this country staying here for couples of months. Due to her being so kind a thoughtful I will definitely be returning to this place for the food and to be greeted by her warming atmosphere she provides. I ended up taking a quesadilla which tasted amazing! Give her a pay rise!!”

“I eat Chipotle very often in America and this was honestly the best one I’ve had so far. I usually expect all Chipotle locations to taste about the same since my experiences have been pretty consistent, but this one was different. The chicken was tender, and the rice was cooked perfectly. I’m not sure why, but it tasted noticeably better than the other Chipotles I’ve tried. But this location does give smaller portions, and I can see why there are many reviews mentioning that. Despite that, the food itself was definitely more delicious than usual.”
