“My BMW 640i, originally went in for a major service + engine warning light. In short the engine had serious faults, which BMERC methodically took the time to diagnose one part at a time, ie rather than change a whole bunch of parts and not solve the issue. In the end, the engine was rebuilt with most components changed. BMERC always kept me in the loop, and sourced the best parts direct from the manufacturers. “Booking was easier than other places via the website. £50 for my car pay on the day. Staff very friendly and advised one my anti roll bars was loose. Expected it to fail on this but informed me they had tighten this up. Did fail on back number plate lights but they kindly swapped the bulb and done the retest on it there and then. For a council run place I know their truthful in the MOT as they do not do the repair work.”

“I came to Goodmans Auto after visiting three different garages that all failed to properly diagnose my car. I’d spent £50 here and £50 there on diagnostics, and no one could get to the bottom of it. Goodmans charged £110 for a diagnostic and honestly, it was worth every penny. They thoroughly checked the car multiple times, fixed what needed to be fixed, and made sure everything was right before handing it back. They don’t rush their work, and it really shows. “Ben and the team have been brilliant! They had my Honda cb650f for a good few weeks after it developed an engine management night which indicated a problem with the air intake pressure sensor. To cut a very long story short…they did weeks of researching and investigation and after stripping my bike down to many pieces they discovered a tiny slit in one of the vacuum pipes. They replaced that and fixed a few corroded wires and terminals. 6 weeks later I got my bike back. They really did go the extra mile and beyond for me. I can’t thank them enough. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I also need new tyres and so I’ll be returning back to them in a couple of months to get brand new tyres supplied and fitted. Service is phenomenal. Tons of advice too. Thanks team.”
