“RAC recovered my vehicle to Reliance as recommended by their very helpful driver Scholtz. Within 24 hours of my car being recovered I had a phone call from a very helpful and knowledgeable Emir who spoke with me about the car’s history and then worked out the issue on my car after spending 1 hour of diagnosing. He resolved the issue that most mechanics refused to even look at without charging me ££££ in diagnostics fees. Emir handled everything with full support from the beginning to the end and really has proven that there are honest and reliable people out there. As moneysavingexpert says council service centres aren't able to carry out repairs, only do the MOT test so there isn't any incentive to find faults with the car. To see that people think he is scamming them in the other reviews is actually laughable and quite frankly sad, as it couldn’t be further from the truth! It seems like people can’t tolerate when they have to pay for their faulty cars.
