I run a small home based business from a converted loft space. 8 years and we have never had an issue that wasn't resolved, I'm sure like David I can be an angry man sometimes so would never forget. Bright side I guess we will not be competing so much anymore on such a massive range of products. Regarding faulty items, they are mostly such a small issue and I get such good deals from babybrands that I rarely report. @David Jones if majority of your faulty item reports are from eBay such is life you should be pricing accordingly eBay are so desperate for customers they even protect sometimes honest customers”
