“A very good place where my wife disappears and I walk round looking at stuff. The staff are super lovely. They do classes if you are into crafting etc which is well worth joining There is a lot of stuff here, sewing, crafting, art and if you want to learn any of these there are classes too Very friendly staff Also note if you have a blue light card, hobby craft gives some discount they don’t advertise this as much as you would think but if you are a blue light card holder like my wife use it”

“When entering creams Orpington I was absolutely amazed at how much option there was for dessert, I love the fact you can see all the food being made infront of you and you can see all the selection of ice cream on show at the front of the shop, after being seated we scanned a QR code on the wall and began to search through the massive selection of desert on offer, in the end I went for the cookie dough in the photo and could not had loved it anymore, I will definitely be going back and can’t wait.”

“I called The Mobile Coffee Bean at 5:30pm one evening, hoping that they could perform a miracle, and provide a coffee bar for the next day. Somehow they pulled it off! Chris was really friendly and helpful and got everything in place that night. Kieran and Alex arrived on time the next day. They were super nice and got everything set up quickly. I know that none of this matters much if the coffee is terrible but of course it wasn’t. I picked a flat white, which I find a bit hit and miss, but it was lovely. It is very rare for me to write a review but this is thoroughly deserved.”

“What a lovely place! The Drawing Room has such a warm, welcoming vibe. The staff are incredibly friendly and really go out of their way to make you feel at home. The food is great, and they’re very kid-friendly, which makes it perfect for a relaxed family outing. One of my favourite things is their beautiful tea cups—such a charming touch that makes the whole experience feel special. The cakes are absolutely delicious, and the scones are fresh and just perfect with cream and jam. Definitely one of those hidden gems that you’ll want to come back to. Highly recommend! Rating: 5/5”

“Really friendly and helpful staff; Wonderful delicious food; and even a small shop so you can buy jewellery and such if you fancy it. Only a small venue so obviously huge parties bigger than 20 not suitable, but for anyone with groups smaller than this, it's great! Would recommend!”

“Was welcomed promptly and taken to our seats even though we had no reservations (recommended on weekends). Food was of high quality and served promptly. The service was warm and welcoming and we were treated to live instrumental and vocal music and belly dancing on the Saturday we went. We loved the experience and this is definitely on our list of 'visit again' restaurants.”

Very food on price so if struggling cos of cost of living go here and this shop will help u stay above water so u n family won't go hungry cos of soaring prices well yogurt at asda/tesco/Iceland etc £2 lidi price £0.89 see the difference so I don't understand why those shops are more expensive when lidi is good on price I feel lidi put people first where the other shops put profit first hope u all agree Have a nice day”

“A Hidden Gem with Wonderful Improvements! I’ve been visiting this bakery as of recent, and I have to say, the improvements since the change of staff have been incredible. It’s always been a lovely little spot, but now it truly shines! The selection of cakes and food is fantastic—everything is fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. The coffee is brilliant too, with a great range of options to suit everyone’s taste. Whether you fancy a strong espresso or a creamy latte, they get it just right every time. The staff are a real credit to the place—so friendly, polite, and genuinely welcoming. It’s a small, family-run business, and you can tell they put their heart into everything they do. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority here. The ingredients are always fresh, and the tables, chairs, and cutlery are spotless. It’s also reassuring to see their hygiene rating proudly displayed at the front of the shop. One of the best things about this bakery is the space. It’s not cramped like some cafés, and there’s even a lovely garden where you can sit outside and enjoy your food in the fresh air. It’s such a peaceful spot to relax, especially on a sunny day. Given the rise in the cost of living, I also really appreciate that the prices here are very reasonable. You get great quality food and drinks without feeling like you’re overspending, which makes it even easier to keep coming back! All in all, I highly recommend this bakery. “Very busy store where car parking spaces not guaranteed at busy times. Staff very friendly and helpful. Today shopped for garden plants and found them reasonably priced and well watered and cared for unlike some other supermarket chains.”

“Very good cafe modern and clean with very good service, large selection of food and drinks. Stuff are fast and welcoming. Everything we ordered was tasty. There is a large selection of breakfasts available, they have a nice small terrace outside. You can park in front and pay. It’s a nice local cafe to visit and enjoy food and drinks. I recommend”

“Always well stocked and presented, staff are quite active and attentive, easy layout means everything is easy to find. Don't see the manager on the floor much, seen him once in the year or so I've been coming here, that was to open a till when they were busy, although the lady did have to ring 4 or 5 times lol very happy with the shop, enjoy coming here to shop. “I went in to Iceland today, my ms was giving me trouble so was draining to shop and get buses. Some angel of a lady who works there I think her name is Laura but not 100 percent noticed I wasn't right plus noticed I was upset and this beautiful human being offered to pay for a cab for me , what a kind caring and compassionate lady we had a moment and I will never forget her heart. I declined the cab but the amazing man who stands by the door pushed my trolly to the bus stop. I jst want to say thankyou I Will remember your empathy and kindness and just want to let you know your both amazing ❤️”
