“A friend came to visit us in the UK and we decided last minute to have dinner nearby. Saw this place had good Google reviews so we gave it a try. The dining area was nice and quiet, perfect for catching up and chatting. We went for the weekday set menu (£18.50 for three courses) and honestly, every dish was way better than expected – really tasty and nicely done. For the price, it was such a great deal. Super happy with the meal and would definitely come back!”

“I travel from Luton for the best Indian food around. Great genuinely Indian food with a nice garden and weather permitting. The owner Sanjay is a bonus providing service with a smile and a recommends amazing dishes. The one Churi with ice cream is a great way to finish off. Best selection of Malt whiskys too.”

“We wanted a vegan breakfast - and they do one here. It's £2.50!!! Tell me, what meal can you get served on a plate that costs £2.50??? And you know what, it was pretty good. We sat outside on the lovely garden, enjoying the sunshine. The staff are so nice and friendly, you'd think they are getting paid a lot more than min -wage. I'm not sure if they are. Leave a tip...”

“A lovely warm friendly place to have a drink or a bite to eat. Plenty of outdoor parking and tables. It's fully disabled access but could do with a marked disabled bay for parking. Excellent service from very professional staff. This is a five star experience.”

We shared these thoughts with Mike, and he was incredibly receptive and appreciative of our feedback, which speaks volumes about their commitment to improving. “Lovely new menu. I am vegetarian with a nut allergy. The menu had lots of vegetarian choices that is nut free. Service was great, We went for lunch and it was a little quiet. But a great place for lunch to have a lovely catch with friends without being disturbed. Staff were attentive without being intrusive. There is a great lunch time menu, as well as a set menu and a full dinner menu”

“I used to visit this place in the 90's with my two sons, for a game of pool, a drink & a pub meal when I used to live in Harefield. Now back after nearly 30 years following too many recommendations. A very impressive Indian Food restaurant, elegant layout, excellent food from a varied menu. Service is top, staff are courteous & well trained. We will definitely be returning soon with some of our overseas visiting friends..”

“Very nice pub. Very good and affordable price with good food. Exceeded expectations. Nancy was amazing and was so friendly and welcoming, felt like I’d known her for years as a friend when we’d only just met that’s how lovely she was. Mike was our chef and did a good job !
