“Best pub about for Miles. Lines and Glass's are crystal Clean. It's a Locals Pub but one which is very Welcoming. Always has 4 Ales on and 2-3 Guest Ales. Staff are Polite and Pub is kept spotless. Land lady is Brilliant reason Pub is Very Popular.”

“Revamped under new ownership, lacks the variey of real ales on draught but vast improvement in food. The chicken wings are amazing! Great selection of music on the jukebox as well. Most recently, I had the chicken pizza, which tasted like home cooking at its best.”

“I lived all my life in north london and always struggled for a place with good Salsa like in south london!!! For the last 4 months that I been in this place in regular basis with all my friends, we don’t need to go to south London anymore… now we can party in our area and have fun! Of course no everything is great, but the only problem is when the dj play cumbia and those type of music that kills the atmosphere straight away. Finally started to enjoy north london with all my Salseros friends we normally are like 25 or 30 people having to travel to south london.”

“Since staying at the queen I have been treated so well by everyone. After arriving late due to being left hanging by another hostel, they took me in at very early hours. All staff have been so effortlessly accommodating. Kyle especially has made my stay amazing, as a solo traveler, his constant chats and company has been refreshing!”

“I held my 40th here in March and from initial meeting to the end of the evening Tad and his colleagues could not have been more helpful or kind. The venue is perfect - cool decor, great staff, delicious drink offerings and an element of cool/different. The food options on offer were ideal. I would hugely recommend!”

“Had a fantastic experience with Anna @milky.onion ! Tattoo was a coverup/ rework of a previous tattoo and she came up with a design that was absolutely perfect! “This has become one of my favourite neighbourhood spots. The atmosphere is warm and cosy- perfect for an evening catch-up or an easy mid-week dinner. The bacon risotto is absolutely delicious and easily one of the best dishes on the menu - creamy, comforting, and full of flavour. The starters could be a little stronger, but everything else more than makes up for it. The service is friendly and unhurried, and the overall vibe feels authentically Italian. A lovely local gem that always makes you feel welcome.”

“We visited Rust Bucket Pizza Co and were very impressed with the food. The pizza is some of the best I've tasted and had perfect air bubbles in the bread. We had a pizza with a burrata on it, what a treat, also a pepperoni which was delicious. The kids pizza was also very nice. The restaurant is in a covered outdoor area of the pub however the quality of pizza more than makes up for this. There is access to the pub and the pub garden with a play area. The play area and garden is only suitable for older toddlers+ due to being unkept. The service was reasonably good and the reception was very welcoming. If this setup was in a restaurant and not attached to a ropey pub I would have happily given it a five star rating.”

“We stopped here in the middle of a 12km walk with our 2 dogs. We did not have a reservation and it was a bank holiday but we managed to get a table despite it being very busy. The service was fantastic and extremely nice from the start to the end - and very accommodating for our dogs. there were plenty other dogs there. The food was very tasty and portion size was just right. Prices were slightly high but that’s to be expected in this area.”

“Arguably the best pub in Putney. Independently owned pub with a constantly rotating selection of great beers and ales, friendly service, and board games available which is always nice! There is a small beer garden if you are a smoker, but I wouldn’t bank on getting a seat. Also, staff are always friendly and helpful in recommending a good drink!”

“Absolutely amazing pub. Great decor, lovely facilities and the staff and locals are great. Plenty of seating options available and a great place to watch sport. Will be back, especially at under £5 for a pint of guiness.”
