“Lovely Indian restaurant with ample parking. They have a decent bar and huge seating area. Food was amazing and they have much choices for your taste buds. “Stayed 2 nights in twin room. Rooms lovely and clean tea, coffee, kettle etc. Good location to train and bus station easy walking distance and flat. If your going to Harry Potter studios great location to drive or catch bus. Food in pub was fine, and good value for money. Staff are amazing especially Briony. Would stay again.”

“Had a great experience at the Wetherspoon in Watford. The ambience was really nice — welcoming and relaxed, perfect for a casual outing. The food was good and reasonably priced, living up to the Wetherspoon standard. The place was clean throughout, and the washrooms were surprisingly well maintained, which isn’t always the case in busy pubs. Overall, the place is aesthetically pleasing and well looked after. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!”

“Had a fantastic experience at the Essex Arms! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the drinks were excellent, and the overall service was top tier. A special shoutout to Dennis, who was absolutely brilliant behind the bar – super helpful, friendly, and really attentive. He made sure everyone was looked after and went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. It’s rare to come across such genuine customer service these days. “Lovely hotel which was perfectly situated! 15 min drive from st Albans which was lovely to explore with a stunning cathedral. And 15 min drive the other way to Harry potter world!! So perfect for us, friendly staff with full use of pool, sauna and steam room so that was a huge plus. Rooms were simple but had everything required. Food was lovely at the hotel and something that made me super happy was when asked for a take out box, They had these biodegradable boxes (instead of the standard plastic tubs) and paper straws! ✌ so big shout out for that.”

“I've been coming to this cafe with my family for at least 10 years. It's highly accessible via lifts for anyone with wheelchairs or pushchairs, I've never had an issue getting a table and the staff are friendly. After so many years coming they know us by sight! The food is simple, with lots of filling options for sandwiches/baguettes or other choices. Veggie options as well. The coffee is especially good, always piping hot. Can't fault it as a straightforward and inexpensive cafe that's that feels a little above the hustle and bustle of the shopping mall due to its elevated position.”

My uncle's who live in Bushey use this company on a regular basis and have said they've caused no problems, the comment below is quite clearly bias and rings a couple of questions as to how it's funny that they've rated 2 companies in Bushey out of the 3 in total, and labelled them as bad. Anyways in an honest review I have not used other companies in Bushey other than Newline, due to the exceptional service they provide. Highly recommend.”

“Very helpful staff. It's very nice tasting food. Had the bacon cheese burger and the kids fish bites. Didn't have to wait too long for food or have to wait too long between the main meal and desert. Could do with a menu for younger kids who have less appetite. The breakfast the next morning was lovely. Only downfall to the breakfast was the eggs but that can't be helped when they are in the heated trays.”

“Honestly, I don't understand what some of the reviews are saying that I read before last night. Arrived at 11pm and had no problem with the bouncers, they scanned my id and walked straight in. A truly fantastic night, brilliant vibe and atmosphere. People there friendly and easy to talk to. Always good music and can choose from many different rooms for different music genres. Main room was absolutely buzzing all night, non stop dancing and partying. Only negative for the night is drinks can be quite expensive when buying a big bottle, other than that an amazing night.”
