“I had the best experience at the Catford Halfords branch. I went in for my appointment to repair a chip on my windscreen and from the very start the service was excellent. A guy called Jay was very helpful with my booking and also when I decided to buy new wiper blades, he took the time to help me choose the right ones. The chip repair was done by a lady called Sam and she was absolutely amazing. You could see how much she enjoys her job. She was friendly, professional, explained every step clearly, and even brought a bit of fun and positivity by singing along while she worked – and she had a great voice too. She did an outstanding job and I could not be happier with the service. Both Jay and Sam went above and beyond and I would highly recommend the Catford branch to anyone.”
