Joe and the other male staff with dark hair ordered a tyre replacement for me and it arrived on the same day afternoon. They even fitted a slot in for me at 4pm at short notice today. The main dealer had a two week wait for bookings so I tried Halfords on the off chance they would be able to take a look. To person I spoke with on reception was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I forgot to give him the code to switch off the air suspension when I left the car so he couldn't put it on the ramp but he didn't complain when I returned and completed the tyre change quickly, put everything away tidily and even checked all the tyre pressures.
