“Hi, I had my bmw e90 2006 car that I’ve owned for some time the common issue on these models are the ECU going due to heavy rain or water getting into the ECU box. My car shut up last month I took it to my mechanic and he was able to find the fault straight away. Having said that I needed a new ECU I found jay on the Google search had a look at his reviews and thought I’d give him a shot, turns out he is truly the man he says he is. Very well mannered spoke so polite was so easy to approach and talk to he found the fault straight away within minutes he coded a Brand new ECU to my car and coded my original keys back to my vehicle. He even put 10 fuel in there for my car to test drive it as I requested him to ask he didn’t ask for it back he offered. It shows there are still genuine lovely people like this gentleman here may god protect all people like this. I would definitely highly recommend going to this place as I know now my new man for bmw help. The services provided by this man is beyond amazing. And again my cars broken down and he’s coming out again to see my car ! Legend. Love”

In short the engine had serious faults, which BMERC methodically took the time to diagnose one part at a time, ie rather than change a whole bunch of parts and not solve the issue. “Top service from indytech. I have a 2018 7 series. My undertray broke off whilst driving. I was booked in straight away and dropped my car off 9:30am. A hour later I received a call from indytech with my quote. This specialist has a direct link with bmw main dealers and only certified garages are able to receive parts direct from bmw same day. My car was ready for collection all fixed same day 5pm. There system in place means they can find all the necessary parts for your car easily. Highly recommend this garage for any german car”

“I've been going to Jason and the team since 2017 and have always had a great experience. They're professional, trustworthy, and genuinely care about their customers. Always happy to offer honest advice and go the extra mile. Even when I moved over to a Tesla (not their favourite!), they were still my go-to for help. I had a charging issue, and Tesla told me to buy a new charger—which I did—but it didn’t fix the problem. Turned out it was the onboard charger, which costs over £1,000 to repair! Jason took my old charger, worked his magic, and had everything working within a few hours. Outstanding service every time. Highly recommend!”

“As a woman, we were treated amazingly. This is how I want to start with. Roland, we are grateful to have met you, you will be our mechanic until you retire. After many failures with many garages, we took our car to them, they don’t promise anything unnecessary, they don’t scare you with anything; they just calmly talk about possibilities. And whatever they said before the inspection by saying “according to our experience, it’s most likely this/that” was true. We said we are cost conscious, they tried their best to accommodate us, they suggested priorities and and said some things can wait a bit more. They explained everything to us without belittling us (we were belittled a lot before, very misogynistic) and didn’t do anything without confirming with us. They finished within the time frame they promised, without going 1p above the initial quote, and they offered a courtesy check 1-2 weeks later. We are very pleased. Also, Paul from the office was very helpful, booked us very quickly.”

“First of all I am absolutely stunned to read the negative feedback below! I couldn't have had a better or more enjoyable service than I received. I booked my 2020 M2 competition in for a minor service, from first contact with John i knew i was going ahead with him (even though id been quoted cheaper elsewhere) he booked me in within a week which was a big convenience. John discovered an issue with my car that should have been addressed before i even collected it brand new never mind when it went in for its 1200 mile RIS service... Some apprentice had left it in transport mode so John had no access to the iDrive to update... Sorted within 5 minutes of him informing me of his troubles. Collected the car this evening and had a good chat with John and Debbie, two great people and I will not hesitate to head back for any future needs!
