“Excellent cafe if you are hungry, one of the best, unfortunately ruined by the council taking away the parking outside which has affected their business, but then councils couldn't care less but they still want their business tax.”
“Great atmosphere, great staff and wonderfully smooth coffee :) definitely recommend.”

“I love this place. Local cafe with tasty, freshly-cooked food. Family run with efficient and friendly service. Locals place, but welcoming to everyone. Bacon well done is the best with bloomer bread.”
“Food was excellent, service was impeccable. The atmosphere is great for either a date or an enjoyable dinner/lunch. The first time I came here a year ago the food was great and this time it did not disappoint. From Texas to London, this place was the stop. The manager Metin and his staff were excellent! Would definitely recommend this as a place to stop by to eat.”
“My visit to The Troubadour was a truly memorable experience in one of London’s most iconic venues. Steeped in history, the café‑bar exudes character with its vintage décor, intimate atmosphere, and a sense of artistic heritage that makes it feel both timeless and inspiring. The food was excellent. The menu offered a thoughtful mix of comforting classics and modern dishes, all prepared with care and presented beautifully. From hearty breakfasts to refined evening plates, everything tasted fresh and full of flavor. The coffee and cocktails were equally impressive, adding to the overall charm of the visit. The live music element elevated the evening. The Troubadour has long been known as a hub for creativity, and the performance I attended captured that spirit perfectly – intimate, soulful, and engaging. It felt less like a concert and more like being part of a shared artistic moment. Service was warm, attentive, and genuine. The staff contributed to the welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that guests felt comfortable and well looked after throughout the visit. What made the experience special was the combination of historic charm, quality food and drink, and vibrant cultural energy. Dining and listening at The Troubadour felt like stepping into a living piece of London’s artistic history. Overall, The Troubadour is a must‑visit in London – a place where tradition, creativity, and hospitality come together to create an unforgettable experience.”
“Arrived just before closing so was empty but food was very good.”
“During my visit to the exclusive British Airways area at London airport, I discovered Itsu — and it was an absolutely delightful experience. Amid the rush, I found an oasis of calm, elegant design, and healthy food. The variety of breakfasts, snacks, and drinks was beautifully presented, radiating freshness and well-being. The service was impeccable, and the modern, minimalist decor completed an experience that exceeded all expectations. One detail I found especially chic was the invitation to take a paper bag to store leftovers and deposit them in their containers, with no extra charge. A simple gesture, yet full of intention: practical, eco-friendly, and stylish. Without a doubt, it’s the most pleasant food franchise I’ve ever enjoyed while traveling.”
“Great place to stop for coffee/tea and something to eat whilst visiting High Elms Country Park. Lovely food freshly cooked. Great value and birds come close looking for scraps.”

“Great shop with excellent staff and a good selection. I did one of their tasting events recently - they put on some exceptional wines and made a real event out of it. You can’t go wrong with this excellent village wine shop.”
“I visit this lovely cafe once a year because it is just down the road from where I get my car serviced and mot’d. They open at 8.30 (ish) and let me sit in until my car is ready - which is very kind of them. They also serve a really nice breakfast baguette and keep the tea coming. They are very friendly and helpful.”
