“Was greeted with a warm hello and straight away informed of the parking situation, so put my reg in and was not fined. There were even 5 different notice signs in store about it when I visited on the weekend (the signs outside also state the parking, which is not owned by toolstation). Unfortunately saw another customer get verbally aggressive and threatening towards staff; I would also get blunt with customers if they behaved like that. Aside from that, had a quick and friendly service :)”

I initially enquired online and was quickly contacted by Sharon, who followed up with a phone call and arranged a tour. I suffer with excruciating pain and often find gyms intimidating, but Sharon’s kind and genuine nature instantly put me at ease. At one point, I became tearful during our conversation, and she didn’t just brush it off — she listened, handed me a tissue, and gave me a reassuring hug. There was never any pressure to join; instead, I felt supported and understood. That made all the difference. Since signing up, I’ve been attending regularly, and the atmosphere continues to be welcoming. Becca, another member of staff, always greets members with a big smile and even remembers names — such a simple but meaningful touch that makes you feel valued. Both Sharon and Becca are a true credit to the Centre. I’ve already recommended Loughton Leisure Centre to friends and family so they too can experience the top-class service and supportive environment. Since joining, my pain has become more manageable, and I genuinely look forward to coming in. The floor arrived quickly and Dubwoods had good availability and was flexible with the floor installation date. The floor was installed in one day, the whole process went very smoothly and everyone was professional. Soon after I then met Sean who not only showed me the flat I requested to see but also another that was also available nearby so I could compare. I expressed interest in the flat and Sean got things going very quickly and kept me informed. The application process was made very easy by Michelle and this was completed with minimal effort required on my part. Any problems in the flat have been sorted by Homes & Co quickly and efficiently. They handle all communication with the landlord and arrange all plumber/contractor call outs where appropriate. During the flat inspections the agent who visits is very helpful with a variety of things including reminding me what rights I have as a tenant in case there was a problem with my landlord (which I have not needed to exercise).
