“If only I could give this hotel 10 stars. I am incredibly impressed with the customer orientation of Wilde Aparthotel Paddington, and particularly Guest Relations Manager Waris Boryali. We left a valuable item at the hotel after our most recent stay. Wilde, Waris, and team went above and beyond to secure our item and work with a courier service I hired to get the item back to us. Critically, their cleaning staff turned our item in. Additionally, Waris went out of his way to ensure that our item was packaged and safely kept for the courier pick up. He remained in touch with me consistently to give me updates about the item - he was incredibly responsive. The hotel has a WhatsApp messenger feature that is so convenient. I am absolutely indebted to these consummate professionals! We have stayed there annually and will continue to do so - you cant get rid of us now! And P.S. - the rooms are super cute with kitchenettes and sleeping accommodations to fit all needs. The hotel is ideally situated to walk, tube, bus or cab to all corners of London. “Very stylish hotel in central location with top transport links. Rooms are quiet and beds are great. Lots of Amenities , pool and spa are icing on the cake. Service is top. Only two small things to fault during our stay - the Aircon seems to reset when u leave the room and was always cold on return , had to turn temperature back up and we had a lovely view but very dirty widows. Go and find the hidden lovely hotel bar around a corner”

“It was my first tasting menu experience ever and I have to say that it was a delightful. The (dream) team: - Joanna was very kind since the beginning; - Chef Patron Sebastian Rast and his team made a great job in kitchen. Very quiet and effective. Absolutely masters! The food: I totally destroyed the wrong concept about gourmet food (gourmet is tasteless or/and not fulfilling). Every single dish was an explosion of flavours. Absolutely stunning! The ambience: Loved the decoration in tones of black and brown and somehow shady and minimalist. I can’t recommend this place enough! Price vs quality outstanding! Congratulations!”

“We had a wonderful night at Bella Mare, the rooms were beautiful and very spacious for our family of 4. The bay of the hotel is incredibly peaceful and tranquil. Our son was fishing off the rocks overlooking the crystal clear water. A truly magnificent spot. The breakfast was noteworthy, beautiful pastries, many variety’s of fruit and yoghurt and wonderful bacon, eggs and sausages. We met Ruth and Gayle who are responsible for the hotel. What wonderful ladies! Nothing was too much trouble. Even now on our way home we are working out which week we can book the Bella Mare for next summer.
