“Just met a friend for a coffee in your Dartford branch and the lady on next table was on her phone and all the time her dog was barking which was very frustrating. The manager came over and very politely asked the lady to control the dog and stop it barking. The lady left having a moan say dogs are allowed which the manage agreed with but said she could not have the dog barking in the shop. The manager was very calm and polite while dealing with the lady 6 out of 5.”

“I have just had dinner with a friend at the bubble and squeak in CRAYFORD What a wonderful experience the chairs are lovely and padded and the tables are nice and clean. We both ordered are meal and within five minutes it was being served to use. And the size of the meals were very generous. Very good value for money. The atmosphere of the restaurant was excellent to Can’t wait to go back again. I will also tell all my friends and family about the restaurant.”

“Large pub area with big outdoor seating area. There is two halves to the pub and enough seating for evenings and weekends. Prices are standard pub prices and on the expensive side.”

“I visited this pub whilst working in the area away from home, I found it a friendly place where the locals would have a chat with you. The lady behind the bar (land lady I think) was really polite and friendly, she had a beautiful smile and an absolutle cracking pair of thrupenny's with a cleavage to die for , I would definitely visit again. “We travelled up from Hastings because we jnew that this mega-store would have mire range and stock for a larger man, i.e. me! And it was true as I, subtly guided by my wife, find a complete new wardrobe (well almost!) foe my size. A great place to shop because of the range of sizez and range of stock.”

“Always a pleasure visiting this particular Costa. I've been coming here for over 7 years, usually between 4-6pm. The staff are always welcoming, friendly and fun and they clearly remember their regulars. They are very professional with their service, offer alternatives, and make suitable suggestions. The atmosphere around that time is nice and relaxed, even when the staff begin to tidy up around customers they don't make too much noise and don't cause a distraction for guests. I recommend popping in just for the smile. It must be lovely for elderly or anyone living alone who pops in just to see a happy face.”

“A nice little Costa, probably busy during the week but nice and quiet at weekends If you've been to Bluewater and need a coffee, avoid the chaos of that place and pop down here for a more sedate caffeine boost!”

“The steak here is amazing and I had £25 off, so which meant I pay next to nothing for this delicious steak with chips. Full of flavour and not chewy at all and the pub is beautiful by a little stream and great for families. It’s a must try for me”

“Great old pub from my youth, I used to live in Dartford and have been in there a few times, this was for a wake for a very close friend of ours. The staff are always pleasant, the wake was held in the back of the pub, so no regular customers were in there. The team looked after us very well, nothing more to say really, prices are reasonable for drinks, etc.”

“Been to the Crayford Starbucks a number of times but today I visited to collect a Too Good To Go order and also a coffee to take away whilst I was there. I came to review to mention how lovely, friendly and smiley the staff were (which seems to be a rarity these days). The coffee was perfect and the Too Good To Go bag was also great!”

“A proper local pub. If you want an English, side street local experience visit here. Beer is also kept really well. Also best Guinness in Dartford and as good as places like The Devonshire in London and at nearly half the price”

“A great place in John Lewis at Bluewater to sit down and enjoy a sandwich (hot or cold), soup, salad and coffee during busy times. Great selection of pastries available as well. Coffee is good as well. Prices may be on the higher side but you get a seat compared to pret or any other cafe at busy times.”

Staff are friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable about the menu. Food is fresh, hot, and fragrant, presented in dishes that keep to the restaurant theme. The restaurant is located on the lower level. There is plenty of free parking in the multistory car park.”
