“It was so easy to book in for a free health check on my battery and I was seen earlier than my appointment time ! Dave gave me a diagnostic print out as soon as he had tested the battery and explained everything clearly. He even asked to listen to my car start up to make sure there was no delay in that which all reassured me. He gave me advice about recharging my battery and how to get my intermittent fault sign checked at any garage. I was very pleased with the efficient and helpful service from Dave and would highly recommend Halfords for car check.”

“Booked an appointment via phone. Matt was understanding of my situation and was able to facilitate me leaving the car the night before. I was sent video updates during the work and I was able to pick the car up in the afternoon. I only came across MCR via the reviews and I must say Matt's experience and knowledge was comforting in knowing my car was in good hands. The dreaded wet belt etc was changed in my MK3 Focus EcoBoost. The price was affordable in comparison to other 'specialist' in changing wet belts.”
