I visited Priory alone with my incredibly beloved hamster who was nearing the end of his life and was needing to be put to sleep that day, and I was heartbroken and in tears. The vet I saw was so incredibly kind and compassionate. Despite the fact that some may not understand how much a small pet like a hamster can mean, I felt absolutley no judgment for my emotions. The vet offered me tissues and gave me the time I needed to say my goodbyes, which meant so much. A few weeks later, I was deeply touched to receive a condolence card from Priory. This gesture truly went above and beyond. Thank you so much for your kindness, it truly meant so much to me. I couldn't reccomend a veterinary practice more.”

I tell them that I have a dentist who takes great pride in his work and who cares for his patients and I won’t ever move! I used to have extreme anxiety about having dental treatment and although I still get some nerves (doesn’t everyone?) I’m much better these days because of the trust I’ve built up in Gulshan and his team over the years. The care and attention that I receive from them is second to none. Highly recommended!!”
