“I had an amazing afternoon at The Store. The service was outstanding. The manager was welcoming and kind. I came to do some work during their Friday hotdesk session. She let me know where the sockets were for my laptop, welcomed me to make myself comfortable, and kept checking if I was okay. I ended up eating from the hotdesk menu, where you can get unlimited coffee. I had two meals, both were really nice and well presented. I called my brother to join me because it was so nice and he came and we had cocktails to end a successful work session. They were delicious also. It was fairly quiet in there. When I first arrived there was a lovely mum and baby club at the back in a separate space, so there was plenty of space to sit and feel comfortable. I usually use headphones when I’m out but the vibe was good and the music was comforting so I didn’t use my headphones. The restaurant was clean with a good atmosphere and stunning decor. I felt really focused. The lights that hang over the tables could do with a wipe though, as there was some dirt that looked like it might fall into the table. One of those things that once you see it, you can’t unsee it. Overall it was a brilliant spot and I will be visiting much more regularly now. Highly recommended.”

“The Henry Addington, on middle dock, Canary Wharf. Great Nicholson's pub in a modern building, creating a bit of old worlde charm. A super selection of beers, both cask and keg. Great service and a good place to drink. There is a lot of seating inside and a number of outside tables for the warm weather. Come along and enjoy a pint.”

“We went for a team Christmas dinner and I can honestly say it’s up there with the best I’ve had. Mass catering can normally dim down the final product but that didn’t happen here. It was delicious! I’d like to thank all the staff who looked after us as they were always there to clear our tables and ask if we wanted more drinks. Sadly I can’t name all of the wonderful staff but a lovely member of the team called Dee was one of them. She always had a big smile and was just amazing overall. Thank you for making our experience very special and merry Christmas x”

“We had an evening wedding reception in the function room and beer garden. In the build up and on the night everyone was so helpful and accommodating. The food was delicious and we even got to take home the leftovers too although there wasn’t much left! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a great space for celebrating any occasion with family and friends with great food and fantastic service.”

“It’s my second time at this place, and I really enjoy their steak. They have it at a promotional price — around £15 with fries — which is an amazing deal, and the quality of the steak is great for that price. My favourite dessert here is the skillet cookie, it’s absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is lovely, and our waitress Mansi was fantastic. The service she provided was excellent and made the experience even better.”

“I went to Ivy Market Grill on Thursday evening with my brother. Our waiter was Carlos, and I honestly can’t praise him enough. He was full of positive energy, very friendly, and incredibly polite. He really looked after us. For food, we ordered the Fish & Chips and the Moroccan-style Chicken. The fish and chips were excellent, but the chicken wasn’t really to my taste as it had quite a strong curry flavour. For dessert, we chose the Chocolate Bombe, which was delicious, and Carlos very kindly surprised us with an extra dessert on the house. That was such a thoughtful gesture and very much appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful experience — many thanks to Carlos and the whole team for making our evening so enjoyable.”

Service was truly amazing, although I am not sure of our servers name, he looked like Adam Brody, so if you also get him, you’ll be looked after! I’m putting atmosphere at a 3, just because where I was sat was right under an ac vent and I was cold - given I’m not sure if it classes as atmosphere, I’m still putting it in. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. HOWEVER, if you’re allergic to garlic I would NOT bother - yet you can’t go wrong with steak and frites!!”

“Great starters (I got the Salt and Pepper Squid) and Mango Shake! This restaurant transported me back to the Philippines. It was such a fun vibe, with a bonus of Karaoke and great food!! Must Be careful though because you may enter a karaoke singing competition and Win a 5kg Bag of rice as a prize!! I will be coming back here again with my friends to show them how karaoke is suppose to be done xx”
